I have this idea of an AOSP rom for any type of cellphone or Tablet and this is what this AOSP has to have.
And can be installed on the Samsung tab 10.1 (GT-P7500) / (P4)
Requirements for AOSP rom
1. Email setup (linked with any email provider)
2. Phone dailer (open)
3. open Gapps (any version)
4. WIFI / Bluetooth/USB drivers
5. camara / video
6. whatsapp
7. google or any other internet search
that should be all that would be installed from this AOSP rom anything else that U might need you can install from Gapps yourself.

After I get my first Android 2 days ago (i9300) and try a "good" number of roms, in this past 48h I'm still looking for a ROM that fits me.
So I'm in this situation:
I want in my ROM the S Planner that I can find in my original S3 or in Samsung based custom roms (ex: Omega v13)
In other hand I want the the MMS.apk and contacts.apk that i find in AOKP, AOSP, CM based roms (ex: AOKP 4.0.4 Milestone 6; CyanogenMod 10 4.1.1 Preview 9; Resurrection Remix JB v3.0.4).
What I could find until now (only 2 days in Android world, so not very good at this):
Using a Samsung based custom rom
I could install a rom and then install the Android 4.1 JB Messaging SMS (Play Store) :: Still dont find a app that change the contacts app ::
I could remove the MMS app and then install a MMS.apk that I get from CM9 :: But when I try do the same in contacts I can remove it but get a android.process.acore error and cant install the contacts.apk from CM9 ::
Using a AOKP, AOSP, CM based custom roms
I could use a AOKP, AOSP, CM based rom and then install S Planner :: I dont know how to get the apk of S Planner and dont have sure if it will install ::
It will be better stay in a Samsung based rom so I can still use the motion sensors/gestures but any option its good for me
Install S Planner in a AOKP, AOSP, CM based rom or install MMS and contacts that I find in AOKP, AOSP, CM roms in to the a Samsung based rom.

Install Instructions
Copy to device
Make standart WIPE (data, cache, dalvik cache)
Flash it in TWRP recovery
Just a heads up, I wouldn't host ROM's on DropBox - if you exceed their bandwidth limits, they will block your account from public downloads (for a period of time).
Might want to look at dev host (http://d-h.st/) or something similar. Good luck, and great to see more ROM's!
hi, i have updated my s4 mini gt19192 dual with 5.1.1 Lolipop but i have some issue with cm 12.1 latest update. 1. when i open a large size application it hang. 2. in running of one application when i minimize and open another application the first running application don't work and till it hang even reboot device. please tell me what i do. Thankx

Hello everyone,
I have this old tablet I want to give to my daughter for watching cartoons in the car. I have rooted it several years ago, it was working normally but now it's not working well. I think most of the apps nowadays are asking for more resources than this old thing can provide.
So I am looking for a minimalist ROM for this, so it can play cartoons, maybe connect to Netflix, and connect to WhatsApp (or similar video call app) to talk to her mother when she's away.
Any suggestions?
