Question [CLOSED]Changing IMEI - Google Pixel 6

Hi guys,
I've recently bought a pixel 6 from Germany and I intend to use it in Turkey. In my country you have to register this IMEI to your passport, pay around 150€ to use it.
Also you can add another IMEI to your passport after 3 years
Is there a way to change the IMEI with an older phones'.
I need help Thanks in advance.

Question [CLOSED] change Surface IMEI

Hi . I have Surface go 2 with Windows OS . my tablet support 4G SimCard .
I am from Iran . Here, the IMEI number must be registered to use the SIM card. I did not register it and it is disabled and does not receive any service (I should have registered it within thirty days, but I didn't, and that period ended) and now there is no way to register it.
Is there a way to change the IMEI number (Even temporarily) in Windows operating system?
