Hi
I have a few general questions..
1. is it safe to root your phone with magisk? What is the security downside? I don’t see one (afwall - adaway - aurora-warden)
2. does unlocking the bootloader make your phone unsafe in anyway?
3. should you re-lock your boot loader after rooting? Or does it stop magisk working?
4. is the only security issue with rooting your phone with magisk if you download a hacked apk from somewhere and give it su privileges?
Thx

HI, So I want to root my phone only so I can cast my screen in my Firestick ( Since my phone is a Motorola One Action it only cast on chromecast). In order to do that I have to edit the build.prop. What I want is to root, edit built.prop, lock bootloader and unroot phone. I've already unlocked my boot loader and some apps (netflix and Star+) is not available to donwload via playstore. besisdes I've read that some bank apps and games have problems with rooted devices. If I lock my bootloader again am I going to loose the modifications on my built.prop ?

Hi guys
Can you tell me if I want to cook rom for note10+ N976N android 12 Bit 2
I have successfully rooted, but when I restart the device, I lose root, every time I lose root, I have to adb reboot recovery
Can you tell me how to not lose root on Android 12? Android 11 has the tool [email protected] ok
but I tried that tool on android 12, it doesn't support, I tried build services.jar and it says ok, but I put it on the machine with permission 644 but it hangs the logo ie it doesn't support.
Is there a way to fix the services.jar file to fix the error when resetting the device without root? thank you so much

There is.not updates to my platform, planning to do the mcgiver play , extract the latest rom.i got and then reverse eenginering and rebuild with extra feature
might work if your android version is not enforcing avb/dm-verity on system. otherwise you must unlock bootloader first.
