Your proximity sensor is being incorrectly triggered. Most of the time, this is calibration problem rather than a sensor problem. To fix, download Chad0989's Rezound Proximity Sensor Calibrator app. You will see a "NEAR" reading on the screen. Slowly increase the High Threshold until you see a "FAR" reading. Increase the High Threshold by 3-5 more than it takes to trigger a "FAR" reading. Test the new settings by covering and uncovering the Verizon logo on the front of the phone. The reading should switch between NEAR and FAR. Check "Set on boot" and close the app. If this fix does not work for you, your proximity sensor is bad, and you will need to contact Verizon for a replacement phone.

Developers LOVE it when users get involved in trying to help fix bugs. The best thing you can do is create a "logcat" of the bug and then use a service such as pastebin.com to paste the logcat and provide a link in the developers thread with a small description of the bug and how to replicate it. A custom recovery takes the place of HTC's stock recovery once you root your phone. There are three custom recoveries TWRP (team win recovery project), CWMR (ClockworkMod Recovery) and Amon RA. When choosing which recovery to use, read the ROM/kernel op that you want to flash, most of the time they will tell you which recovery is sorted for their project. In most cases any of the recoveries work just fine, so ultimately the choice is up to you, but if you decide to go with a recovery that the developer did not recommend, you may not recieve support in that developers thread.

In almost every case the proper instructions for flashing a custom Rom will be posted in the ROM's OP. The typical instructions consist of downloading the ROM, transferring it to the root of your SD Card, Checking MD5 Sum, reboot to recovery, perform factory data reset, wipe system, data, dalvik cache, and cache, followed by installing the ROM from your external SD Card. Please do not report bugs to the developer if you have flashed the latest version of the ROM over the previous version without wiping or following the instructions properly. If you do have bugs and have not seen those bugs reported in the development thread for the ROM previously, please take a logcat as instructed in Q7 and report it to the developer.
This FAQ is by no means in order or complete.
The FAQ will be an on going project. With the help from the Rezound community we can work to make it more informative.

Ideally this is the exact point. To be a 'general' FAQ for the Rezound. If you venture into other device subforums you will find they too also have the same general FAQ. Of course with relavent info for each specific device.
Also, Recognized Developers are allowed to start FAQ/Q&A threads in the Q&A section which should extend their Rom threads in the Development section. Since this is a relatively new program, not many of the devs know about it.

It seems your ROM been removed for some unknown reason, pity it is a great ROM, can't find it anymore.
Some member posted in other thered that rom contain some pirated Warez app that's the reason of deleting the rom.
Any way used that rom such a great rom with smooth and fluidity.
This rom contain NOT some pirated Warez app, it was just and only the ROOT MiExplorer (FREE ON XDA!!!!), but for some reasons the admin does ignore my reply, in this way i decided to delete any of my roms. Maybe i will continue my ROM in indefinite time.

Dear Jerome-X I am fan of your rom such great and fluidity and sooth rom I ever used still using the rom but updated with xiaomi eu as update can agian and agian but I feel that speed is same, I will wait for your new rom when you make it

So, I wish to install LineageOS microG 16 on my new phone. Is it theoretically possible to flash the ROM, gain root access, tweak some settings and then disable root access and relock the bootloader?
My concern is security, and I am not an expert in rooting and so on, hence this question. I would like to fully degoogle Lineage (yes it is paradoxical but I need to be free to install apps I want on Aurora Store), and potentially change the WiFi icons.

I saw that in https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-3/help/zenfone-3-ze552kl-relock-bootloader-t3578251 it is not possible, but the post is quite old so who knows.

If you do not understand the answers you are given, do not despair. Study them more carefully, learn more by doing research and ask questions in the appropriate already existing threads, only when you really need to. We're playing with expensive toys here. Hi guys, I have the OP7TP ME. I have always managed to root it through:
1)extraction of boot_a.img
2)patch file with magisk
3)flash file through adb
4)boot phone and patch again through magisk direct in order to recover wifi functionality
with the latest update though this process doesn't work anymore. Step 4 does not work which means if I do the first 3 and boot the phone, I have no wifi and after a while the phone crashes and reboots.
The only way to fix my phone so that it works again, is to reflash the full official update file.
Any help will be well appreciated on how to get root access without issues again.
