Hello,
I've been trying to find a way to force 120hz on REALME GT, I think there is some workaround using ADB but I can't find the specifics. Right now I'm using UI 3.0.
Any help is much appreciated! thanks.
If you are in UI 3.0 just go to settings, then to Display and Brightness then to Screen Refresh Rate - you have three choices: automatic , 120 or 60. Choose 120.

That sets de default refresh rate, but some apps put it back to 60hz.
I'm looking for a solution that forces the phone to work at 120hz all the time.

Eso establece la frecuencia de actualización predeterminada, pero algunas aplicaciones la devuelven a 60 Hz.
Estoy buscando una solución que obligue al teléfono a funcionar a 120 hz todo el tiempo.

How can you force an app to go to 120 Hz if it is not made for such a thing, it is impossible to ask for something with more sense.

Using setedit and setting peak refresh rate to 1 forces most apps to 120hz on realme UI 2 bar games. Resets when you restart your phone. There's a couple magisk modules that force some games. Don't know if it still works on a12, lemme know if you try it
Did you manage to force 120hz? if yes can you teach?

Hello, I've installed this app (Gear Fit Launcher) but I wasn't very happy because I thought this app was very useless.
However, I've tried to use it with Tasker app, and I've been able to take a photo with the camera with screen off phone. You don't need to turn on your phone screen to open an app. The only thing you need is:
- Install Gear Fit Launcher
- Install Tasker app
- Open Gear Fit Launcher and add a Shortcut, then choose Task Shortcut
- Create a new task, choose multimedia/photo..., choose the photo options you want (resolution, flash, etc)... choose an icon for the shortcut and activate Tasker
- Create a new app shortcut for Camera app
- Open GF Launcher in your Gear Fit band, click on Camera icon, and then click on your new shortcut icon
- You've taken a pic!
Working on my Moto G.
I don't know if we can do anything else with GF launcher + Tasker. It's up to you.
Excelent tutorial
I use it to launch endomondo. My screen need not be on. Now if one of you brilliant tasker minds would help me figure out how to autostart endomondo when launched that would be awesome. I have searched but can't seem to find a way.
I've realized that Apps open with screen off phone. You don't need to turn on your phone screen.
Just open Gear Fit Launcher on your smartband, click on Camera app icon, and then click on your Task shortcut for take the pic!
Working on my Moto G, taking pics with screen off.
Hi Cffn,
Thanks for this tutorial.
Just wondering if you are able to snap mulitple pictures iwth the camera app? I tried on mine but it seems I'm only able to snap or save a single photo.
Thanks.
cool, but what's the point. I mean if you don't hold the phone on your hand, what's the point of taking picture ....

Has anyone succeeded with SM-G900H?
If this is possible, I could turn on my tv since my gear fit?

You need infrared in your device for it. So you can send from the gear fit... by the phone... to the TV, (while phone is looking at the TV). I think its easier using your phone like a normal remote TV channel changer... and such.
Gracias por la respuesta, de hecho, ayer seguí leyendo en el foro, y cuando tienes watchon en el móvil, puedes controlarlo desde el fit, lastima que dejara de funcionar pronto
Thanks for the answer , in fact, yesterday I read on the forum, and when you have watchon on mobile , you can control it from the fit , it hurts stop working soon

You have thankd button
Hello,
I don't know how many users have realize this trick of reducing the brightness which could possibly reduce battery consumption but here are the steps:
1) Open Settings
2) Open Display
3) White Balance
4) Put all the 3 Primary colours to 255 for minimum brightness. You can play around with other values

Most of us uses the 8GB variant lol. Besides, why download when you can do it straight ahead?
Screen Filter on Google Play is too good .

I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evezzon.nightowl&hl=en Night Owl. The options are good and you can set the time when it auto starts. Also it has a material icon which is only relevant to me.
I keep reading that the GT 2 Pro, like other Realme phones, are stuck in 60fps gaming despite it being having a display with 120hz. Is there a mod that allows this? Has anyone gotten success on doing 120hz gaming?
Of course

How did you enable it? Aren't games capped at 60FPS in Realme UI?
I have tried with Wild Rift (LOL) and it's capped at 60FPS

there is an app called "setedit" in google play store, with it you can enable some apps to run on 120fps but as i said it doesnt enable 120fps in all games, all u have to do is find "peak_refresh_rate" click it, click edit value and then set it to 1
In RMX3301_11.C.16 version they added custom app refresh rate, so when you select high refresh rate instead of Auto select you'll see an option to change refresh rate per app and you can change your games to use 60, 90 or 120 hz, worked for me in Minecraft.
World of Tanks set to 120 Hz and the application runs at 60 Hz.
Spoiler: Screenshot
Edit:
I was able to set it to 120Hz.
I changed the default 120 Hz to 60 Hz, confirmed then put 90 Hz, confirmed the change and finally 120 Hz and confirmed the change. I launch the app and it runs at 120 Hz.
Just a simple question and I don't see anyone asked this before.
Is it possible to disable the Pixel 6's Real Tone function using a camera mod? The problem is that when I take images of people, sometimes the camera uses too much real tone. I own both the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 3XL. Human pictures look fantastic in 3XL.
If anyone can recommend a modded camera apk that can be installed alongside with the normal camera, I highly appreciate.
Its probably done in post-processing, so try a different camera application.
