DAC\AMP attachment for UTC U11

I'm wondering about buying attachment DAC for U11. It doesn't have mini jack port so I thought to buy sound blaster E5 or Fiio E18. They work over USB port with android. Do you use something like this? What are your thoughts about it?
Sent from my SM-G9200 using Tapatalk
I bought a Fiio K1 which worked well enough, but my headphones have a mic and I couldn't give that up to walk around with extra long wire and dongle dangling from it/I NEVER hold a phone to my ears to talk, yuck, so have sent the DAC back and will just use the USonics in the mean time.
Sound blaster e5
Wondering if any knows if the sound blaster e5 will work with the Htc U11 USB-C port on the USB host connection on the E5?
This is what the manual states with the E5,
# Devices must support Bluetooth V4.1 For AndroidTM device
Phone / tablet running Android 2.3 or higher for Bluetooth
Phone/tabletrunningAndroid4.1orhigher for USBHostAudioStreaming*
* Devices firmware must implement AOA2 protocol that support USB Host Audio Streaming
I haven't got a u11 yet looking to if I can use something like this with it
How about....: https://www.bluewaveaudio.ca APTX and later on O APTX-HD.

USB-C Audio adapters

Hey all,
I'm looking to buy an tab S3 but I want to use it in a very specific use case where I need to use a USB-C to audio adapter (yes, I know it has a 3.5mm jack plug).
We have the tablet at work but because it's for a client I can't just tinker around with it.
I tried the USB-C adapter that came with the Google pixel 2 XL but that didn't work. The Tab S3 didn't play the sound over the speakers and paused when I plugged out the adapter as if it recognized it but I could hear anything. Does anyone have experience of a adapter that does work?
Also, does it work with the cheap passive adapters without a DAC? (USB-C audio can be analogue if the device supports it, other only do digital and require a DAC)

Android USB audio output NOT working in my car

Hi People!
Here's the story.
I have a Fiat 500 with a 2015 Fiat original USB radio. It does not support bluetooth audio streaming. Only AUX through 3.5mm jack or USB AUX. Or well, I should buy one of those bluetooth aux dongles.
If I plug an iPhone via USB, I can listen to Spotify though my car hifi with no hassle, using a normal micro USB (+thunderbolt adapter) to USB cable.
I have tried to do the same with 3 android phones:
- Samsung Galaxy S6 NOUGAT stock 7.0 rooted
- Samsung Galaxy S7 OREO stock 8.0 rooted
-Samsung Galaxy S3 NEO Nougat AOSP 7.1.2 rooted
No chances to tell the phone to send the audio through the mini USB port. I am using the same cable that I used for the iPhone, without the thunderbolt adapter, obviously.
My phones are all rooted and I have tried to modify the usb functionality inside the Android developer options. I have also tried an app (Audio Router 2.2 updated on 2018-01-22) that sould force the usb audio routing, but with no luck.
Is there anything I am missing? I have tried android auto but it did not let me add Spotify to the dashboard.

Audio jack won't stay connected to earphones

got my Note in July last year and after an update it stopped staying connected to my earphones by aux. If I push it 80% of the way in then it's connected but if I move it 1mm out or in then it loses connection. I got some bluetooth earphones instead but they broke now and I really like my wired earphones. I've tried some USB-C to 3.5mm adapters but from what I understand the Note 9s doesn't support them? Does anyone else have this issue? I read somewhere that 3.5mm to USB-C adapters with DAC should work, could anyone confirm that?

Question Any compatible wired earbuds (hands free)with S23 ultra (s23 series)?

I bought Huawei CM33 Earbuds Handsfree USB-C white, but the phone didn't recognise the hands free earbuds. I'm looking for a good compatible hands free set with loud bass and clear sound. Any suggestions?

These are Bluetooth headset I think. I prefer wired ones
Samsung GH59-15198A, as provided with Note 10+ (and S20 series). I still use it with S23U. It can still be purchased online.
Galaxy Buds 2 (SM-R177NZKAXAC) working great.
I just use the google usb c headphone adapter
You need a USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter that HAS A DAC. The reason why your Huawei headphones didn't work is because Huawei phones have the DAC built in.
I have both the S23ULTRA and an old Mate20Pro, plus a Huawei adapter (not working) and headphones (also not working).
Bought a 32 bit/192kHz DAC from AliExpress (overkill for my ears) and it sounds excellent.
I use a wired Sony MDR-EX650AP (stereo + mic) in-ear headphones with an iNassen USB-C to 3.5mm jack audio adapter, the latter bought initially for my e-book reader so I can still use wired headphones connected to its USB-C port.
I doubt this adapter has any DAC apart from what it is required for filtering noise and converting signal itself, however for months on this phone it's been working fine. Even at lowest levels sound is sufficiently loud, clear and the adapter is very thin and not bulky so feels like an extension to the 3.5mm cable. Of course, especially since the phone is frequently in my pockets, in moments the USB-C cable can "get disconnected" software-wise (physically it always stays connected) when moving or when the phone hits different parts of the belt or the pockets - S23U is massive, but this has nothing to do with the quality of both the adapter and the headphones. I bought the adapter on Amazon some years ago, although you may try something similar of another brand - just watch for highest possible bit/kHz ratio on specs and it should work straight away - the S23 Ultra is powerful enough to run (without DAC) any non-professional low-impedance headphones connected. Not certain about audio and mic though since the mic on the above Sony's stopped working for me after having this out in a rain last year. But it could, I see no reason why not.

You may doubt your usb c adapter has a DAC, but the S23U does NOT provide analogue music output to the USB C port. Without a DAC in the chain (in adapter, in headset, separate DAC) no audible music.
