Question mi unlock tool - "checking for security issues" never ends - Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro

I can't seem to get past the mi unlock tool endlessly checking for security issues. I've tried both versions 5.5.224.24 and 6.5.314.30

So, I have Realme 3 Pro. It is continiously showing "The Process of NV Recovery is unsuccessful"

It can't be removed by swiping or can't set as unimportant notification. I'm totally Annoyed with this. My phone app is working fine. Have some issue with proximity sensor though......
How can I remove it?

Since yesterday my phone periodically pops up
the message: Warning: TRIM
It disappears in a second, just to come back
after seconds or some minutes.
What does that mean?
Has anyone experienced this before?

I've OnePlus 7 Pro with OOS 11, I tried to enable smart lock but sadly I cannot find it under trust agents,
I've updated my phone and still cannot find it, my phone is rooted with magisk 23 and lsposed

Chromebook-Device is locked

My dell chromebook 3100 is company locked and its not coming out of the enterprise lock. I tried the hard/factory reset but nothing worked. Tried installing a fresh os but that didn't work too. The device is developer locked.
My question is how can I get this out of the enterprise lock? Adding some images for reference
