Help: Pocophone f1 internal storage deleted - Xiaomi Poco F1 Questions & Answers

Kindly help me. I have just wiped everything on my Pocophone f1. Bootloader unlocked and I succeeded into installing custom ROM along with Gapps and its recovery with the help of boot to TWRP. I later realized the the Gapps I installed has few bugs. While I was trying to do clean installation again with some help, I booted to TWRP, wiped everything not knowing I have deleted everything on the phone. I tried to copy files I am planning to use for the clean installation and this was the screen I got: the device has either stopped responding or has been discontinued.
How can I fix it? Is there any way I can sideload or flash the ROM, the recovery with ext. storage?

I answered you here.
About "not knowing you deleted everything in the phone" in my Guides I mentioned it with red letters that all your data into internal storage will be lost while wiping or formating data. Wipe=delele

CM 12.1 on Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet, only boots to CWM recovery after flashing

I'm looking for some help with flashing CM 12.1 on a Nook Tablet. It was a gift from a workmate and I thought I would give it to my wife, but wanted to give her a full blown Android tablet, not a Nook device.
I have CWM recovery flashed on the device and I can boot to recovery no problem.
I had flashed CM 12.1 a few days ago with a version of GAPPS, but it was crashing routinely so I wanted to reflash with a different GAPPS version.
I think I may have done something wrong. Here's the procedure I used. In CWM I reset to factory, formatted the cache, and formatted the Dalvik cache. I also formatted the data, rom, system, and all other partitions OTHER than boot. I did not format boot as I know this would brick the device.
Now that the device was totally wiped clean, I mounted the internal USB to my computer while in CWM and brought over my CM 12.1 zip and GAPPS zip.
I then unmounted and flashed both zips without any errors. I then rebooted. During the reboot, I get a flash of white and then I'm right back to recovery. I tried flashing again and same thing. I'm not sure where to go from here. I think what I'm going to try is putting the zip files on an external SD card and flashing from there but I don't think that's going to change anything.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
Well, tried a couple of things last night. I tried flashing the CM 12.1 snapshot from 11-17-15 from the internal SD partition without GAPPS and got the same result. After reboot, just brings me right back to recovery after a flash of white.
Next I tried installing the 10-07-15 snapshot from an external SD without GAPPS and got the same result.
Do you think I hosed something when I formatted all partitions other than the boot partition? From everything I read about CWM, it seemed safe to do so. I know of course not to wipe the boot partition, but didn't think that wiping the other partitions could brick the device.
I'm sorry, this should be in the Q&A section. Mods, please move if possible.
Thank you!
Try the process at http://raywaldo.com/2012/06/how-to-un-brick-a-nook-tablet-8gb-or-16gb/ to unbrick and return to stock.

TWRP crashing when trying to install anything

Hello,
I had already a custom ROM on my phone (AOSP Extended). When I opened TWRP and wiped everything (including system, data and internal), TWRP couldn't install my ROM because of some error code 7 (but that's not the main problem here). When I opened fastboot on my phone, I installed twrp into my phone using fastboot. The TWRP did boot up just fine. But when I clicked "install" and selected the custom ROM, TWRP simply closes, reboots the phone and TWRP starts again asking me if I want to allow changes. I noticed that this isn't because of my custom ROM. I tried also other things such as Gapps and TWRP does the same thing.. I don't know how to fix this. Can you please help? Thank you!

Cubot x18 plus - mt6750t

Okay. I am tired of constantly bricking and reinstalling my stock rom onto my Cubot. If not for Titanium Backup i would be so frustrated. So i have decided to ask for help with flashing the Phhusson ROM.
The problem i have is that i do not know the proper steps to install the ROM.
I have unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP, cleared cache, data, vendor, dalvik and installed system.img and magisk for root, but no luck.
I keep getting NO OS installed.
Anyone who successfully installed a CUSTOM ROM for their Cubot X18 Plus please give a tutorial here. Preferably a video tutorial. :good:
Also, if you have any pointers for restoring base band (i have tried flashing stock, copying emmc to root, having driver issues with magic box) i would love help on that but you can private message me if you wanna help (ill pay if you want to be paid, but not much)
You don have to whipe vendor because this is the base folder of the phone its like the kernel but in treble.
You habe to search a pre tested rom on cubot x18 pluss Like AOSP 9.0 from PHHUSSON on GitHub
i wish you good luck, im going to install it to in my cubot, and sorry for my english because im Chilean.

Hi, I was able to useflash phh GSI (works just great btw). This is how I ended up doing it:
1. Flash TWRP.
2. In TWRP you'll see errors due to the encryption of the partitions. To resolve this you have to format the userdata partition either with fastboot either with TWRP
3. After fixing the encryption problems in TWRP mount and transfer Magisk to the phone and flash it using TWRP.
4. Transfer the GSI image (A only) and flash it using TWRP. At this stage you could flash it with fastboot as well if you reboot to the bootloader, but don't boot into the system yet. As I said before I used PHH AOSP 9 GSI image.
5. Wipe using TWRP and reboot to system.
The first time I tried to flash it I used the stock recovery wipe function which wipes out the IMEI and stuff, this forced me to reinstall stock rom to set the IMEI with the MTK engineering tools and restart the whole process.

Xiaomi Mi 9t wont load any custom rom or restore backup

hey guys just looking for some help. ive been modding and flashing phones from 2014, but its always gone really smoothly, so my diagnostic ability is lacking.
it started with flashing twrp. my bootloader is unlocked, usb debugging on, device is showing in adb and fastboot, and i can flash twrp without any issues. hoowever when i go to boot twrp, only the stock recovery boots. i tried to flash twrp using the XiaoMiTool v2, but the same thing happened. i eventually got around this by just booting twrp instead of trying to flash it. so i got in, took a full back-up and started installing a custom rom.
the first one i tried was ParanoidAndroid Quartz. i wiped cache, dalvik and storage then transferred it to my phone, tried to flash and got "zip verification failed". so i turn off zip verification and tried again. it flashed perfectly with zero errors. however, when i reboot the phone it would only boot to stock recovery and not twrp (expected) or the new rom. i tried that a few times, then tried LineageOS, and MSM Xtended 10. all of them had the same issue, the flashed without a hitch, then wouldnt boot.
i also tried flashing a new fw-vendor and it just straight up failed. Then i decided to cut my losses and restore my twrp backup, and that came back with the error, "extractTarFork() process ended with error: 255"
Software before i began these attempts was completely stock, so i dont know what is going wrong, but as of now, my phone is bricked, i cant install a new rom or restore my back-up.
any help is appreciated guys. thanks
You can figure out this problem with
1 Copy backup folder to computer
2- Format Data - Yes , Wipe Everything
3- Install ROM that you have installed before and boot
4- Go to TWRP, format data yes reboot recovery
5- Paste backup folder to internal storage and restore

What can be done if wiped everything using twrp?

What can be done if wiped everything using twrp?
