hello all, not sure if this is in the right section or not, if not i apologize. I am looking for some help with a samsung A52 for my father inlaw. Long story short His phone was factory reset and he can't remember his google sign in information only used the email for this google FRP and can't remember password or his security question (not sure how he can't remember any of these things but it is what it is now) hes not a very tech savy person. So we can't get past the sign in when booting up the phone from fresh factory reset.
Is there anything that can be used to bypass this google sign in? software hardware etc? I have seen software online advertising and if it costs a reasonable amount to do it that's fine but I was hoping for anyone with experience that can attest any of the software online actually works.
Thanks in advance for anyone's help
Just search “One UI Frp bypass 2022” on YouTube and just follow the instructions
Make sure the video has the correct One UI version as your phone.

Do you have those options when you first boot up a phone? I didn't think so . I don't have the phone in front of me but it just goes from start to user agreement then requires the Google frp

Thats what I was thinking or 3.1, is they any danger in trying a version that's incorrect for the phone?

Boot in to download mode, and look at the software version. Then a simple search of the firmware will tell you the ui version.

No, there isn’t any danger if you use the other one, but try one ui 3,1 as most probably he would have not updated to One UI 4

Settings, about, somewhere in one of those options is the updater.
If that doesn't work try this, remember always backup first as this way can/might reset your phone

Have you even tried the method I have given you?
It does not matter if you have cancelled it or not as you are doing a manual update check.

In the about phone section can you tell me what version of android you have and it will also be followed by something like this UGMK7 etc
Edit: you need to match up your pda,csc and modem version to one on this site. If it matches the top on you do indeed have the latest.

Ok, got it
So I tried to root my phone and screwed it up (it was stuck on the Samsung boot screen).
Then I installed TWRP to try and recover it, but being the idiot I am I just ended up deleting the OS.
Now I don't know what to do, please help me.
Edit:
I have managed to fix this with the help of a user below!
What I did (for other users having this issue):
I downloaded the firmware for my device from Updato (link here).
Then used Odin 3 (version 3.12) and loaded the downloaded firmware into the AP slot.
I had to plug my device into the wall to allow it to charge (connecting it directly to my PC did not work), then I booted it up (it was stuck in the Samsung logo screen for a long while, but then it went into the setup).

Use ADB file transfer using the fast boot command line. Then download a flashable zip rom and push it to your device then flash, you also want to get gapps if you want to have Google play.

Maybe it's imported from another country then. I really don't know.
Do you remember what csc it had before wipe?
You can probably flash firmware from any country as long as it's unbranded. (not carrier specific)
I've done it a lot on all my phones to get the latest updates faster. I've had no problems at all.

No idea what the CSC was.
I will try installing another regions firmware.
You think I'll be able do that and then use Kies emergency firmware recovery to reinstall the original firmware? (Sorry if that doesn't make sense, again I don't really know what I am doing).
Appreciate your help mate.

Hey! I just managed to download the firmware from Updato and I am very relieved to let you know that I was able to boot up the tablet and it worked successfully!
All my files are gone, but that's alright, I deserve that for being and idiot and screwing up in the first place!
Just some final questions: Since the firmware region is "Indonesia", what exactly does this mean?
From my Google searches I see that firmware region doesn't mean much, just a few settings are different (such as having the language automatically on Indonesian). Is this true, or will I encounter any issues regarding this, since I am in a different region?
I appreciate your help and advice! You are a very good person and a valuable member of this community.
Thank you!
Good you got it going, and thank you for your kind words
You're right. It's mainly just small regional differences and as long as the phone/tablet isn't locked to specific carrier it usually works just fine with any csc.

I have this one actually 12.0.0 (SD1A.210817.036, Nov 2021) and system update is saying its upto date.
The .037 is the one with the fingerprint sensor update so I don't think it's a bad idea to update, however, I'm not familiar with how hardware from different regions are differentiated so the OTA may not play well with your hardware if it is intended for different regions.
It may be best to research independently or wait for a more informed person to chime in.

Well none of the updates seem to be differentiated by region just by carrier. Might make another thread for the OTA question

Yeah, I'm assuming there is some sort of region flag for Japan as it's required that phone cameras make a noise there. You'd have to find a way to change the flag I'm assuming.
Sorry, I was assuming that flashing the OTA would be a long-shot and should have mentioned that.

You have to change the sku... It's a requirement for the shutter sound in Japan. So you have to basically truck the phone into thinking it's not from Japan..nothing else will work.. if you root you might be able to do that

Converting Japanese Pixel 6 to Global version
I live in a country with no Pixel availability and end up purchasing one in Japan. Limitations(mostly forced shutter and screenshot sound) on Japan phones can be pretty annoying, so I researched a bit on how to remove those. Search leads me to...
forum.xda-developers.com
Just want to confirm that changing Model ID to outside Japan make it work.
You need to unlock, root your phone, extract devinfo partition, replace the model id using hex editor, and re-flash (using dd command) to devinfo partition.
