Lineage OS install failed, can I recover? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
Trying to install Lineage on my old pixel 2.
Was able to install TWRP and sideload the Lineage image. Then got as far as the Lineage loading logo. But something went wrong and it never fully booted, and now the phone goes straight to the bootloader with message:
"ERROR: Slot Unbootable: Load Error"
I then realised I had downloaded an UNOFFICIAL walleye image, don't know if that's the problem.
If I go to recovery mode, I get a Lineage recovery. From here I can enable ADB, but I don't know how / if I can sideload a new Lineage image from here.
If I try to reflash TWRP I get "FAILED: 'No such partition.' in the shell.
Anything I can do or is it bricked?
Thanks in advance

[FIX][Solved]Recovery mode boots into minimal Slot b recovery

So I'm a noob and wanted to install lineageos on my Moto G7 Play. When I finally got TWRP installed I was a little rushed and quickly installed Lineageos without formatting and without sideloading. After some trial and error Lineageos somehow starting working, but I seem unable to boot into TWRP and instead the recovery mode is some minimal recovery mode on slot b. I don't trust my installation of Lineageos and am worried that if anything goes wrong I will be stuck without a useful recovery mode. Is there a way to boot back into TWRP or reflash it so that I can start the process over again and do it right? Did I screw myself by rushing?
Thanks for any info

Hello, can some one tell me how to fix this issue...
The camera is not working, and even the icon on the "desktop" disapeared; and when trying to use any other app with camera, sends mesajes like "cant connect to the camera" or "camera is not working, restart device".
I have restart several times, and has no effect. I have erase data cache, and has no effect.

how to remove orange state after unlocking oem and flashing in recovery twrp.img

my tablet is a Yotopt X109 and yesterday i have unlocked the bootloader with
Code:
sudo ./fastboot flashing unlock (on linux because on windows i tried to boot in secure mode and got a 0xc00000e error)
then after succesufully unlocking it, i downloaded the twrp image for a Motorola Moto G7 because i didn't know which other to download and flashing with on the recovery mode by doing
Code:
sudo ./fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
and succesfully done.
when i tried to turn on, it have the error
Code:
Orange state
your device is unlocked and can't be trusted
it will boot in 5 seconds (idk if it's write like this but it's)
and it just reboot and reboot for then shutting down. how can i fix it please?
i can't even boot in recovery mode and can't neither do adb or fastboot because it's still trying to boot

ok thanks, sorry
Sometimes, cable is part of the combination. Also try force reboot with combination. There is no reason for fastboot to break from this, the warning is normal. Your recovery is incompatible. If you get fastboot run
Code:
fastboot getvar all
and flash stock recovery

Alcatel OT 995 keeps rebooting on every booting system

Hi every one,
I tried to re flash an old phone (that i flashed long time ago and that worked but had boot loop now). The problem is that all the roms i try or the recovery mods cause the phone to reboot like 2 sec after starting.
I dont have the battery of the phone so i soldered the VCC of the usb to the battery connector vcc to trick the phone to think there is a battery
Fastboot mode works normally
Recovery mode:
I tried different modes (twrp, cwm) but it allways crashs just after openning. The only one that works is CWM 5.4.4 but only when i boot to it from pc with fastboot.
Custom roms
All the roms i try to flash reboot after alcatel welcome screen (i think they dont even boot). but i didn't flash the gapps zip cause i can't find it
Also it's difficult to find roms or gapps cause all the roms in xda are 2013 and the website were they were stored become another thing hahaha
Please if you have any idea about what i can try ?
Thanks

I tried to recompile a version of cyanogenmod9 (took me couple weeks to figure out and recompile a 10 years old project haha) but when flashing the result, the phone keeps rebooting after splashscreen :/
