I recently fulfilled the 7 day period, no OEM unlock option appeared. I was told to check download mode for the KG status and it says completed, but the OEM unlock option is still not there. What should I do now?
Device model is A526U1 by the way.
Can't unlock US unlocked models.

Hi,
I have problem with root Motorola Moto E.
First step to root is unlock bootloader by fastboot oem get_unlock_data
In theory I should get the string byt instead I get "Could not get unlock data!"
During warienty phone was fixed and some parts were exchanged. The warranty is no longer valid so I wanted to root phone.
I get info to check Oem Unlock, but on my phone there is no such option.
Hmm...go into the developer settings and check if there is an option for "OEM unlocking" if it is ,then enable it and try again... Cheers!
I can't re enable the OEM unlock button. It says I have to connect to the internet or contact my carrier. I've read that it could be an security feature and I needed to wait 7 days for it to activate. I waited for 8 days, but nothing changed.
My phone is a Moto G6 plus, I had a custom rom on and just wanted to return to stock, but I mistakenly sent the command "fastboot oem lock" in terminal.
Can someone give me some help?
So I just got in an s9+ snapdragon model that is supposedly oem unlockable. It's brand new running android 8. All I care about right now is getting the oem unlock to show in developer options. I've tried the date trick and all, but I don't mind waiting a week if it means I can unlock the bootloader. I've set it up with a sim card, samsung account, and google account to hopefully ensure that I can unlock it. Is there anything I can do to bypass the rmm state thing, and would there be any reason that the oem unlock toggle would not show up eventually?

9 out of 10 times waiting the week with no power downs is all it takes. Suposedly you.can flash a combination file. then do the date trick and it can show up right away but I dont know the exacts.
But welcome to the club mate. There are several of us with the device. New roms just came out los 17.1 havoc evo x
I've recently (successfully?) bootloader unlocked my S9+ snapdragon and am trying to flash twrp in order to flash lineage. I waited a week for the oem unlock option, which I used sucessfully, and I used the crom service app to unlock my bootloader. Neither have given me any issues, and when I boot normally and open the crom app, it tells me that my bootloader is already unlocked. Unfortunately, when I run odin, it successfully sees my device and is able to push the twrp .img.tar file through the AP option. It fails to flash however, and the phone gives a "only official released binaries are allowed" message. The frp lock and oem lock fields say off in the download mode screen, but the rmm state is prenormal again. I've heard that you can flash some rmm state bypass zip if if resets after you unlock your phone, but I'm not sure which one would work with my device, or if I need to wait another week. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide information on what I should do.
