I have had a hell of a time trying to get a decent rom on this phone and now I appear to be boot loader locked agian. Here is the history of how things went down:
-OEM unlocked through the ADB devices : adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com/qualcomm.qti.uim
-slid over the oem unlock, phone still showed network locked
-Unlocked my bootloader ( 7days later)
-Tried to install a lineage os GSI, never got it to boot
-Installed CherishOS, booted could not get calls or mms to go through, tried a few more times re-intalling this and gave up
-Flashed over to the non tomobile rom thinking this would fix my network errors if I re-flashed CherishOS over it.
-Flashed CherishOS again, never booted
-Couldnt boot, tried swapping sides and got "slot change is not allowed in merging state"
-Eventually tried a bunch of stuff and got it to the point where my fastboot and recovery just loaded black screens.
-MSM tool flashed stock tmobile back onto my phone and is now locked sim and bootloader.
Tried to redo the adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com/qualcomm.qti.uim and now the slider is not avaliable anymore on version 11.0.1.12.DE18CB
Any ideas on how I can start this redeo again? My goals have been significantly reduced to root only instead of a working GSI rom.
Edit: 5/25
I checked again today and now the oem unlock option was toggable, here we go again
running pm uninstall still worked for me. You just need to make sure there's an active internet connection before the slider is ungreyed out

Can anyone help with this?
Rooted my HTC Rezound by unlocking the bootloader according to the htc developer site, then flashed it with the Amon Ra rezound recovery image, then installed the su & superuser options from the recovery menu. (I can't link to the instructions as i'm a newbie).
Kernel Version:
3.0.16=gd0049f1
[email protected] #1
SMP PREEMPT
Baseband Version:
1.22.10.0421r, 1.22.10.0424r
Everything seems to be working except my mobile network takes forever to turn on. Once it finishes, my 4G LTE indicator comes up, but when I try to go out on the internet it times out, or I get the network connection not found message, or I get "a network error occured" message. Txts, email, and talk seem to be working.
I have my back cover on, and I've reseated the SIM card and put the cover back on.
Any ideas?
Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but for the first few hours or so after I rooted it, I got the message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." That was yesterday and I haven't seen the message since, even after rebooting multiple times.
Ok sense you know how to unlock this will be easy for you.let's get you on the latest radios. First your gonna need to relock your bootloader connect your phone to your comp while in fastboot/hboot pull up a command prompt on your comp AMD type the following hitting enter at the end of each line:
cd c:/folder (mine is cd c:/android)[enter]
fastboot devices [enter]
fastboot oem lock [enter]
That will then relock your bootloader. After your done with that
download this. http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/0...ull-ruu-build-4-03-605-2-for-the-htc-rezound/ rename it to PH98IMG then put it on Your sd..
Then boot your phone to hboot it'll find the file automatically and start loading the update. It'll start and then screen will go black for about 20 sec then start up again, this is ok it updates tje hboot first. This will ensure your on the latest radios and hboot.. after you run the update which will take about 15min, unlock again, (same commands and same Unlock_code.bin you used before) then flash amonRa again, then dl this put it on your sd and flash it in recovery it'll give you root access on the stock Rom https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0ZJtM40GdJ0TE03UVNIQ0Z2ekU/edit click

I was going to do this today at work but it seems to be working this morning. Weird. Thanks for your help though. If it stops working again I'll try what you suggested.
So, here's my cautionary tale of why jumping into things without research is a bad idea.
TLDR: Nougat Android Pay doesn't like unlocked bootloaders; locking the bootloader can be a bad idea, and IMEI restoration seems to work (at least, if it partially worked with IMEI 0)
I just upgraded to an A2017U from a Nexus 5 on Marshmallow, which had its bootloader unlocked, with SuperSu installed but root disabled and hidden, and Android Pay set up. All fine and dandy.
When I got my Axon 7, I thought it'd be a good idea to unlock the bootloader in case I needed to recover data, so using the Axon 7 Toolkit and some guides, that went just fine.
However, when I tried using Android pay, I found out that it didn't work on bootloader unlocked devices on Nougat, so I thought I'd just lock the bootloader again.
One "fastboot oem lock" later, I found myself in a world of trouble. The phone wouldn't boot, but at least I still had the stock recovery. Tried putting one of the EDL zips on an SDcard to see if it would flash. Nope.
Tried the Axon7Toolkit's EDL mode unbricker, but due to MD5 mismatches/missing files, it wouldn't take.
Tried Tenfar's official B07 EDL flash. Got "Error: Bad format" when I tried it after deleting the two files he mentioned, so somehow, I thought it'd be a good idea to add those files back in and try again. Nope.
Then I tried flashing the B15 EDL image. Somehow got dropped into "Factory Test Mode" and couldn't leave.
Then I flashed the B19 EDL image, which, finally got me back onto a working OS, with a locked bootloader.
At this point, everything connected fine, but I found out that my IMEI was 0 in both SIM 1 and SIM 2. Didn't think about it too much at the time, since everything worked, until I realized I couldn't receive any calls (placing them was fine). The culprit? Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE (on my carrier, T-Mobile) was on. Disabling those worked, but I realized that these technologies probably needed a valid IMEI to work.
Thus, it was time to go back into the business of unlocking bootloaders; I followed the GizDev guide to reprogramming IMEIs, which worked on the rooted, stock B19 image (the only thing the guide doesn't mention is that you need to manually install the 901D driver from device manager; it showed up in the list of already-installed drivers, probably from the XiaoMi flash tool installation).
Now, with the original IMEI back in place, I was elated to find out that Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE worked again! And now, here I am, exasperated yet excited, to have restored the functionality of my Axon before that fated "fastboot oem lock". Now, only if I could find a way to get Android Pay working again...
Use Magisk. If you want to stay stock you have to use an older version. Look at the version used by bad boyz.
I have the same problem that was the method he used to restore his image and helped me to thank infinitely
Today I've installed a stock rom on my LG G5 H850.. But I still get the message that my phone can't be checked on corruption, is there a way I can remove this message on bootup?
You need to relock the bootloader using fastboot and adb
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg...bootloader-t3363040/post66780026#post66780026
Can this problem also cause that I still cant update android after flashing the stock rom?
OEM lock is not enabled in developer options btw.. I cant check the option to unlock oem
I bought pixel 6 T-Mobile from ebay and shipped it to Singapore, I didn't know that the sim will be locked outside US, anyway I managed to unlock using this code (pm uninstall -k –user 0 com.google.android.apps.work.ubbconfig) and it's working fine but of course I need redo everything everytime I do reset factory.
I noticed something if I don't unlock the phone and inserted sim it will work fine but once I connect to internet it gets disabled and a message pops up from (device setup app)
My question is can I root this T-Mobile variant without unlocking the bootloader?
Or can I access the system file using adb?
To delete these apps (device setup - wizard setup - carrier setup - oobconfig) forever so whenever I reset the phone it doesn't come back again
Thank you
Sorry for the unrelated question but I have to ask.
Does the "pm uninstall -k –user 0 com.google.android.apps.work.ubbconfig" command work and can you use your non-tmobile simcard with the phone now?
I plan to do this with mine and don't plan to do a factory reset again so it's not an issue for me. Just wanted to know if the solution works.
Thanks.
This might be the first problem that everyone didn't encountered yet
So recently I unlocked my bootloader in order to flash custom ROM, but recently I reverted back to stock and decided to lock my bootloader in order to get OTA updates.after getting OTA updates I decided to unlock the bootloader again, when I was trying to boot to bootloader mode, it just shows the bootloader icon and boot back to system. I tried to use the in depth test app but it only shows me to request to exit deeptesting and the query status is not submitted.i tried to request to exit deeptesting but it only says no internet connection. I tried almost everything including flashing previous ROM, changing region, etc but none of it works
My device is Realms GT Master Edition (RMX3360) C.09In
