Not much hints you're giving us.
Looks like the alpha ROM by @Awesometic.
If yes it's answered on page 1.

You should have just answered instead of sending people on a wild goose chase.
Settings >> System >> Buttons >> (uncheck) Enable Taskbar

The wake on volume is much needed on my GN. Any idea if this will work, or if I need to look elsewhere? In any case, thumbs up for posting a good thing.

You can't use this .zip, but PM me and I can make this MOD for you Galaxy Nexus phone, for whatever ROM you are using. Don't flash anything that isn't specially for your phone, and made for that specific ROM.
