When I try to wipe anything or flash a new rom in Latest TWRP, It is Showing "failed to mount cust, no such file or directory"
And the cust partition isn't mounting in the TWRP Mount Folder
I searched everywhere on internet, I couldn't find anything related to "failed to mount cust"
Please Let me any possible solution if you know. I am using Poco F1

I have a ZOPO C2 (http://www.zopomobileshop.com/en/18...tk6589t-5-inch-fhdg-screen-android-phone.html) and it's stuck at the boot image.
I know what went wrong: I tried to move some of the memory of my internal sdcard memory(32GB) to my internal memory(2GB) using this apk: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240954
After rebooting it just got stuck at the boot image, and the button combination to get into recovery doesn't work (it never did work so no change there)
Through adb I managed to get into TWRP recovery. I cannot wipe anything (except the external sd-card):
Updating partition details...

I tried installing a custom ROM, which doesn't fail, but I do get a screen full of the same error message:
E:A render request has failed.
Click to collapse
It also gives 1 line of this error message every second while the screen locks due to timeout.
After installing the custom ROM, I try to reboot, but the TWRP warns me "No OS installed, reboot?". After reboot again stuck at boot image.
I tried 2 custom ROM's, both of which worked earlier.
I also cannot use adb shell:
- exec '/system/bin/sh' failed: No such file or directory (2) nRet(-1) -
Click to collapse
However, I can use the Terminal Command within recovery
Within TWRP recovery I can also use the file manager, where the /system/bin/ folder is empty.
My guess is my filesystem is corrupted. Any idea on how to fix this without adb shell?
Edit: Nevermind, flashed the device using latest stock ROM with manufacturer flasher:
http://www.zopomobileshop.com/content/9-download-zopo-mobile-latest-rom
Fixed
same problem
I have the same problem for the same reason, have tried flashing with the latest stock rom, but does not connect to my phone, how was you able to connect thought adb
thanks

With the flasher I used all I had to do was remove the battery, plug in the usb and let the flasher do its work.
My device is SD
i'm on china dev MIUI 8
boot loader is officially unlocked
installed alka recovery via fastboot
from fastboot i'm not able to mount 'Data' and because of that recovery is giving me a error 'Failed to mount '/data' (invalid argument)
internal storage is also showing its size 0mb
whenever i click on 'data' it does not get ticked in Mount option of recovery
i tried with coffice recovery too but same error is there everytime
i'm not able to backup my efs
i'm i missing anything

i had same problem and that was because i had formatted data and internal storage to f2fs format and after formatting them back to ext4 everything working fine.maybe you had same prob like me so try formatting data into ext4 format using twrp
i keep getting failed to mount 'cache' (operation not supported on transport endpoint)
the same happens if i try to convert data partition. tried a number of twrp but i get this error
im on the official TWRP with f2fs support provided by thestrix
i currently have lineageOS with radon kernel, anyone can help? i can format it back to ext4 without any prob but when i convert to f2fs, it actually converts it but fails to mount etc.
I've tested a few recoveries and not many mount properly here. Try this one.

sadly i get "Unable to Mount storage" after format
UPDATE
it works even if i got the unable to mount for the /cache partition . my phone boots up properly
similarly for the date partition, formatted without a hitch, no mount error, thank you so much!!!!
i hope the strix updates his recovery
Booting into TWRP give me an error "Unable to unmount /system, partition or resource busy" and subsequently, i can't flash any GSIs to the system partition, i get the error "Unable to install images to file systems". It is possible to boot into fastboot and flash however.
This seems to be an issue regarding to TWRP mounting /system, iv'e read up a bit on it, and it seems that a data wipe in TWRP should fix it?
i
Im on TWRP 3.2.1 for the H9

Seems like you don't have a rom installed.
Can you boot into twrp?
try flashing twrp from fastboot, if not.
Give this twrp a try, which is what I initially used. https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-pad-4/how-to/recovery-twrp-t3851971
Currently I am using the twrp from HavocOS thread.
Me too .after flash arter97 my pad can't go recovery..try fastboot twrp again but failed ..what should I do now
