So I bought this Slate .. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi.
I bought a tablet, a Domo Slate SLPKB8, off the interwebs last week. Tried searching the forums if anyone might have rooted this device but couldn't find any leads. In fact, nothing much on Domo devices generally after 2014.
The somewhat detailed specs I could get from CPU-Z I have attached (Android 11, Mediatek Helio P22 2.0GHz etc).
How do I go about rooting my device ? Do I look for devices with common SOC and move from there, copy the steps etc ? Or do I adopt a different approach Not looking for an ELI5 but an ELI12 wouldn't hurt. Thanks in advance.

[Q] RAmos T11AD (Rockchip 2818) ROM Development?

Does anyone know if any ROM development is being done that is compatible with this device - RAmos T11AD based on the RK2818 chip.
I'm trying to get Froyo on it. I'm familiar with the phone Android world with my HTC Desire and everything done to it, Just not sure how to approach this MID at all.
Any help will be appreciated. I saw some mentions of the same chip here, just not sure how much of that is relevant to this device.

Up, i wish to know too, thanx
Haven't found anything working well enough. I'd try looking in other forums more dedicated to non-brand devices, like slatedroid.com, mp4nation.net and chinadigitalcomm.com for more answers.
I have a prototype RK2918 STB (GoogleTV) device from a Chinese manufacturer and RockChip themselves. It's running a version of Android 2.3 that's from a tablet.
I'm not an engineer, but if any dev's are interested in cooking a ROM for it I can connect them with the right people, info and hardware.
It's a really nice device and I would love to have some better ROM's and support for it.

MeeGoPad T07 -> Android Possible?

Hello to you all!
I have got a new Meegopad T07 and I thought it would somehow be possible, to install android on ist.
I already heard of people experimenting with Remix OS, but it has problem with sound and wifi.
My idea was to get a android Image from a device, that has the same processor. The Meegopad has a Intel X5 Z8300. I looked and found a Tablet PC: Teclast X16 Pro. For this device I also found a costom firmware on this side: Ask me for the link because I can't post it. Else try to search in google for "teclast x16 custom firmware" and take the first link.
But before I do something I wanted to talk with you a little bit about my idea.
First of all: Has someone a idea about the other hardware from the meegopad or the techlast tablet? Does the same processor mean, that it also has the same wifi-, bluetooth-, usb-, sound- etc. controller? How do you think?
If I would install the image: Do i have to install some android drivers? In the link above you see there some drivers that are to install. Do I have to install them? And if yes: do I install them like in this tutorial? Sorry for these questions but I installed till today only cfw on phones and there I never had to install any drivers only the image.
And my last question: How good do you think are my chances to make android runable on my device?
Thanks and have a nice day

Hi, did you get it to work on your device?

Missunderstanding phone's board processor.

Hi everyone from XDA, im new here.
Past a couple of days ago I've decided to learn how to port a Lineage OS to an unsupported device (ZTE Axon Mini), but reading Github and some forums like these I have found that I need to understand the kernel before doing such, the problem is the codename of this device doesn't exist as other phones from the same manufacturer like "Tulip" for example, this device had the codename the same way as the motherboard it uses (msm8916) the problem is when you try finding the motherboard of the device it shows you that it suitable for a Snapdragon 410, but this phone has 615 so Im quite confused because of this, could be that ZTE uses an old motherbard to solve phone cost? And because of that Im stuck because I don't know how to proceed. If someone could give some clue about this I'll be so much grateful.
Thanks so much to everyone that's could try solve this.
PD: (Also sorry for my english if you find something misspelled)

Hello , I am sorry if posting here is wrong but I have got to craziness state searching how to unbrick my tablet.
I bought a tablet from china and wanted to look at how to remove the menu from it. During this process I ended up bricking the thing.
It doesn't turn on . When connected to computer it does the usb sound on and off.
What i know from the system is
mt6582
Andoid 8.0
128GB ram
Build number - ALPS.KK1.MP1.V2.36
model nr - YT886-12

Please help in any way possible cause I am about to break this thing apart. I have lost 4 days and nights looking for an answer.
Thank you in advance.

I just need a ROM that will work with my device and whatever else I need to put it one my tablet. Normally I can figure this out but I have epilepsy now and it to hard for me to focus.
Model ZL10
Processor MT6582
Firmware ALPS.KK1.MP1 V2.36
Android 8
Ram 8gb
Storage 128gb

Need Stock or Custom ROM for Philips S410J

Philips s410j tablet. Recovery page reads BMXC N107/ N107. it's MTK MT6762 processor. I know that it is a China manufactured device rebranded as Philips. 4GB+64GB. Anyone knows where to get the stockrom or custom ROM. I had seen some posts talking about firmwares available at jlinksz ftp site but it does not open. Any other place to look? Thanks
PS: Just opened it. Easy to open, just remove 3 screws. It's written X107 inside all over. So googled it and found that exactly looks like the X107 T-bao tablet sold on AliExpress. So, I guess an X107 stockrom should work as well.
tried to flash with jlinksz x107 firmware. downloaded but doesn't work. so obviously NOT jlinksz.
