How can i Restart without Power button?
Volume Down and Bixby together to download mode and then Volume Down does not boot up the phone, it just goes back, it does not restart.
Any tips? I Fixed my initial issue, but now when the battery discharged and the phone turned off I cannot start it.
Should I flash it again (that is how i fixed my original issue, of not wanting to boot up) Used odin and the lastest firmware files to load and then when it completed it auto restarted.
Is there a quicker way?
Replace the power button assembly...

I got it, Volume Down and Bixby, connect charger, brings the download mode, hit Volume Up, connect to PC open Odin, load empty AP ("xxxx.tar") Make sure your phone is connected, start, phone restarts.

I want to recover the phone and return it to stock and can't get the phone into download mode.
I press and the volume down button, then press and hold power button for a few seconds.
The phone starts up and I get a CwM VooDoo Lagfix Recovery v2.5.1.x screen.
When any option is selected the screen goes blank and the bottom buttons light up. Then nothing else happens, I've waited up to 15min.
So how do I fix this?

Plug the usb cable into the computer but not the phone.
hold volume down on the phone and plug in the usb cable as you hold down the button.
You should enter download mode.

I own galaxy s3 i9000, currently on custom rom. My phone automatically rebooted and got stuck on bootloop. If I am able to enter in recovery mode, i can wipe cache(which may can help to get out of bootloop). But the problem is I am unable to enter into recovery mode because phone's volume up button is not working and my phone auto reboots every time after power off or reinserting battery. Is there any other way to clear cache or enter into recovery mode?
I dont want to flash my stock rom via odin (because i didnt backup my some important apps and msgs), this will be my last option.

The normal way I get my phone into recovery mode from the PC is using ADB and the command: "adb reboot recovery". However, I bet this won't work in your case for one of several possible reasons: depending on when the bootloop occurs in the boot process, the phone may never reach a point where ADB is able to see your phone in the first place; if this is happening after a flashing a new custom ROM, then also it's unlikely that USB debugging is turned and the PC is not yet authorized to connect with it over ADB.
Another thought, could your power button be stuck down? I had a GS3 SCH-I535 several years ago and the power switch went bad on it, it would keep rebooting, shutting down randomly, or I'd be unable to turn on the screen. I had a switch replaced and it was fine after that. I don't think it's normal for the phone to automatically boot up when you reinsert the battery, that's why I bring that up. Maybe you can wiggle the power button a bit and try to unstick it if that's the case.
I tried to remove and stick back the power button again, but still it didnt worked. By the way fixing power button will not help me to get into recovery mode as my phone's volume up button is also not working, and recently I found out that I cant enter into download mode too because when I press respective buttons (volume down + home + power) for download mode, it gives warning msg to click 'volume up' buttton to enter into download mode or 'volume down' to reboot. Therefore again volume up button is required to enter into download mode too. So the only option remained for me is to visit service center and fix the volume up button.
Recently did factory reset for my i9100, downloaded reboot manager and rebooted into recovery from that app.
Now I can't get out of recovery mode since power button doesnt work in there and my middle button is broken too.
VolUp and VolDwn work everywhere and I can turn phone on by power button.
Any help? I'm on 2.2.3

To get out of recovery mode, you need to take out your phone battery.
Once your phone is off, reinsert the battery. Then go into download mode (press and hold volume down + power button + home).
Once in download mode, flash stock ROM via ODIN (if you've already download the firmware files).
Saber.
With broken buttons, you're pretty much stuffed whatever you do with the device. You NEED to get them repaired/replaced ASAP.
In recovery, there should be an option
REBOOT SYSTEM (NOW)
With your broken buttons I'm pretty sure that'll be the only thing that works.
So thanks to Netflix and its implementation of security net I wanted to install Magisk on my Z2.
Im running the stock 6.0 Rom which was just rooted with supersu.
My tab was charged 80+%
I uninstalled SuperSU, went to TWRP and flashed Magisk.
After flashing the screen stayed black. Nothing at all.
Long press power gives me one vibration after 3 seconds but nothing else.
Long press power & vol - gives me the same vibration
Long press power & vol + gives me nothing
Connecting the tab to the computer gives me nothing. No device recognised (no adb, no fastboot)
Connecting the tab to a charger has the LED blinking red.
Long pressing power makes the led turn solid (no blinking)
Power & vol - the same
Power & vol + nothing
Basically I seemed to somehow have turned my tab into a brick oO
I can't even get it to boot to twrp or fastboot
Atm I'm letting it charge just to see if that was an issue (I doubt it)
Otherwise the only thing I can think of is opening it and disconnecting the battery...maybe that will help?
Ok nevermind. I managed to get into flashmode and reflash. tab is now working again!
How did you get it to be recognized and reflash? I flashed mine after rooting and I get similar behavior to what you were getting. It will vibrate once if I press the power button, I can get it to turn the light blue if I hold the up volume and the power button while plugged in. The screen will not turn on at the Emma tool doesn't seem to recognize it.

sm-t870 unlocked/rooted stuck in bootloop
cannot enter recovery or download mode, or even seem to shut the tablet completely off.
any combination of buttons turns the tablet on with the message "bootloader is unlocked press power key to continue"
so holding power+volUP, must be let go to press power which seems to interrupt the button combination
power+volDOWN seems to shut the tablet off for 5 seconds but it automatically turns back on.
having plugged into laptop seems to make no difference.
help!
