[Q] Enable developer settings Nexus 7 4.4.2

Hi,
I have the old Nexus 7 with stock 4.4.2, and I want to enable developer settings.
I have found many references to Settings -> About (Tablet) -> And click 7 times on build number - but that simply does not work. I have tried tapping it 1 million times and nothing happens. If I tap "Android Version 4.4.2" in the same menu, I get the whole spinning K, kitkat, easter-egg game etc.
What am I missing? How do I enable developer settings?
I had searched for a good hour, but of course I find the answer right after posting the question. Only the FIRST user (tablet owner) has access to developer settings. I was using another user account.

[Q] Screen pinning on Android 4

I have seen many new features on Android 5 but it is the Screen Pinning that got me searching for two hours. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find something for Android 4. Is there any that does the same? I mean like apps or xposed module? I've got a rooted device anyway. I wish it'd be available for Android 4 too.

Noob Not Able to Do Split Screen on New Lineage OS 15.1 S2 Tablet

Guys,
Not sure if I need to post in one of the other groups, so forgive me if I'm posting to the wrong group.
My challenge is this.. I purchased a second hand Samsung S2 Tablet and was unaware it had been rooted with Lineage OS 15.1 ... It works, but.. .My challenge is that i need this Tablet to do Multi Windows / Split screen. Unfortunately the default behavior I'm seeking is that when I invoke the Multi Windows function, what I get is two apps that are "sized" as smaller screens as if I'm on a phone... What I want is two apps to split to split the screen and occupy the entire screen.. one app on top, one app on bottom. no amount of fiddling has produced this result for me. All the online tips for default multi window sizing assumes I have access to "developer options"... which I don't since the seller sent the tablet to me already rooted and running Lineage OS 15.1
Any suggestions?

Android tablet help

have this kids tablet pbskd7200, it looks like it's from 2020.
We bought it used as a gift to one of my nephews, it was complete, pretty much open box quality, but it's running a full fat Android 10 instead of Android go edition.
Judging from the specs this tablet should be able to run Android 10. Every app, game, including settings all crash and default to home screen (I disabled all pbs apps via adb, also all useless bloatware)
I tried everything to fix this, my last hope is to find a older version of Android, but I can't find any guides or roms to flash. Or a light weight one
Would be great if someone can send me a link to a rom or guide to do this. Oem is unlocked from the developers settings.
please share screenshot of phone info

Question No bixby or bedtime mode

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy a03s from T-Mobile about a week ago. I tried to turn on bedtime mode yesterday but it's not in my settings or my Clock app. I also don't have Bixby on my phone (not complaining but still worth mentioning). Any way I could fix this?
What android version do you have? If its android 11 - 12 it should be in Clock app in Alarms section. If its android 13 then it should be in Modes And Routines, which you can find in settings or once again in Clock app.
So I just found out for some reason it's bundled in a separate app in the Galaxy Store, one called '[T OS] Modes and Routines'. At this point I don't need it so it's fine but still, it's odd that it isn't built into the OS like with my old Revvl 6 5G running Android 12.
Also for clarification, I run Android 13.
