FRP LOCKED PHONE LOCKED FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE can't remember Google account - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I have this tablet that was given by my brother because he couldn't have access to it anymore. I did try buttons combinations and fastboot but won't unlock and remembering the Google account associated with seems to be the only option ( ofc my brother can't remember it was about 4 years ago ).
FURTHER DESCRIPTION
TABLET: can only boot to FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE every button combination will bring in that same mode, trying to fastboot recovery/download will end up booting this fastboost rescue mode.
a part from this... there's some text about PHONE and FRP are both set to LOCKED.
I did try to flash with fastboot and there is error related to FRP unlock, same to oem. I have the IMEI code, but still won't unlock.
ADB seems disabled because my PC won't recognize the tablet but just a random device hence HISUITE and other tools won't work.
Help me to find a way because it's such a pity to throw the device...

Don't think, haven't find something related to that. My tablet was recognized but not as tablet, as a random device. Thought the issue was the ADB disabled. Thanks but video is not related to my problem, tablet only boot to that screen in photo.
EDIT: basically, I could do basic commands with fastboot like command that gives IMEI number, others wouldn't work due to FRP lock or PHONE lock ( when I wanted to boot to recovery it kept booting to that same screen photo. )

J'ai essayé de flasher avec fastboot et il y a une erreur liée au déverrouillage FRP, identique à oem. J'ai le code IMEI , mais je ne parviens toujours pas à le déverrouiller.
ADB semble désactivé car mon PC ne reconnaît pas la tablette mais juste un appareil aléatoire, donc HISUITE et d'autres outils ne fonctionneront pas.
Aidez-moi à trouver un moyen car c'est tellement dommage de jeter l'appareil...View attachment 5681611
