Come back on CPH1919 firmware - OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Questions & Answers

Hello everyone. I am European and French and I acquired an Oppo Reno 10X Zoom a little over a year ago.
I no longer remember the firmware that was installed on my phone, but by deduction it was the CPH1919. This was the older version of ColorOS (ColorOS 6?) and it lacked a few features like dark mode. So I decided to install another firmware which had these functions with the Australian firmware CPH1921AU.
Today I'm running CPH1921AU_11_C.37 and I'm stuck on Color OS 7.1 with no updates.
Due to a firmware problem with my camera which seems to have been corrected in the latest CPH1919 update, I would like to come back to this firmware. I found the F.49 file of the CPH1919 online but there is a problem:
Oppo has blocked access to fastboot which prevents the installation of firmware...
Do you have a solution please?

Are you sure your device is Reno 10x Zoom 4G (CPH1919)? You can check your IMEI on Oppo site.
CPH1921 is the 5G version and that phone got abandoned by Oppo after Android 10 (ColorOS 7.1). The 4G version recently got ColorOS 12.
1919 and 1921 are different phones with different hardware so it doesnt make sense that you can install 1921 firmware on a 1919.
For downgrading, you can take your phone to Oppo service center, they can do it for free.

You are right. Indeed after posting my message I saw that there was a difference between the CPH1919 and the CPH1921.
the CPH1921, as you say, has 5G. Indeed, I have 5G since the purchase of my phone.
the CPH1919 does not have 4G.
Already I find it very curious that Oppo has decided to abandon the CPH1921 version when it's supposed to be a better version, isn't it?
Then I told you about camera issue lately even after reset. It seems that my 10X photo module is no longer detected at all. on the normal photo module, I only have a digital zoom X10. when i want to take a selfie, my selfie camera pops out but shows the wide angle camera on the back. and finally the night mode is completely broken, it gives me this:

it's very strange, it looks like the phone behaves as if it was another version of an Oppo Reno without a telephoto camera. I thought of this Oppo Reno:
so when I had all these problems, I told myself that it was necessarily my fault when I changed the firmware a little over a year ago. I contacted the support service, I gave them my IMEI and there surprise: my warranty expired 7 months ago when I bought the phone new in January 2021!
Is it possible for IMEI to change when manually installing firmware?

Just send it to service center and ask them to flash the latest correct version for your device.
Seems like the last version is c.37
As to why Oppo abandoned the 5G version, I guess it's because of low sales.
You didnt flash the original reno firmware, because it's a different phone with different chip.
