I believe I hard bricked my S21, and am just asking here for a last ditch attempt at recovery.
I had rooted with magisk, and installed TWRP through the app. In trying to revert back to stock recovery
which I had backed up on the TWRP app, I have managed to brick my phone.
The phone vibrates, shows the SAMSUNG screen for maybe half a second, reboots and repeats.
Can't open recovery mode to get to download so is that all my options used up?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
Try to get into Download mode using the side-buttons and a cable ?

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, and I've really tried searching around, but nothing seems to work/ is tailored to the m8.
So, I just got an M8 new out of the box, rooted it and successfully installed cyanogenmod. Problem is, I was playing around with it, trying to get the GApp store and somehow (did what i think was) deleted my roms completely. Now upon booting up the phone I just get the "This build is for dev..." screen, and with the volume down+Power button to access recovery mode I constantly get put back to the fastboot screen. I tried flashing a custom recovery as in "Phone arena CWM flash recovery" guide, but no luck because my computer is reading the device as offline. I honestly have no idea what to do, and if anyone could help me I would be so greatful...
TL;DR: Stuck on boot screen, can't enter recovery mode, think i deleted all my roms, help please
On a scale of 1 - bricked, how bricked is my phone?
HUGE DEVELOPMENTS, GUYS! I've been able to access recovery mode again by re-flashing ClockWorkMod.

On that scale, you are zero. If the screen comes on, you aren't bricked.
Had a problem with my htc one m8, so i pulled out my i9100 backup phone.
it had neat rom 4.1.2 on it, and everything was working fine.
i have tried to flash onmi rom():
1. entered recovery mode
2. backed up CWM to external SDCARD.
3.flased "CWM-KitKatCompatible-i9100.zip" & rebooted into new recovery.
4.installed "omni-4.4.2-20140214-i9100-INFECTED.zip".
5.installed "pa_gapps-modular-micro-4.4.2-20140207-signed.zip"
6.installed "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip".
after that, when i wanted to reboot, i got a message saying i could loose su and if i want to fix it, i choosed "NO".
device entered to a boot loop.
i tought no biggy, i would go back to recovery, flash philz CWM and recover my nandroid backup.
it will not get into recovery mode.
tried again, pulled the battery, put it back, hold down VOL-Down+home+power button, and nothing, boot loops over and over again.
tried to get into download mode, not going there as well.
connecting to a pc with ADB+samsung drivers, the device wont show up.
Any suggestions? did i bricked the phone forever?

Are you sure that the phone doesn't boot into the download mode(Vol Up+Powe+Home) ??
If that's the case, then I'm afraid that your phone is hard bricked forever. You have to fix/replace the motherboard then(about $50). You can go to the service center and get it done, or check out this video(JTAG METHOD): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN7le4GmxZs
I hope something works out for you.

yes, i'm sure :'( its not my first time with the device.
i have ordered a usb jig from ebay, maybe it will force the device into download mode...if not... :\
just got my USB jig i have ordered from ebay(less than a dollar), plugged it to the phone, and it got into download mode!
used odin to flash stock rom, and then installed cyanogenmod with the cm installer.
everything is working fine!
I know this is late, but I wanna ask a question. Firstly I'm happy that your bricked phone came back to life(like how many years ago).
Can a USB jig work on any other phone brand other than Samsung phones? Can it be used for tecno, infinix, and all that? Or it is dedicated to only Samsung mobiles?
A few months ago, I tried rooting my phone and posted about it:
"I am completely new to rooting and I followed Wolfdroid's tutorial to root my phone.
I got to the point where i had CWM, but when I was trying to install from my SD card there was no option.
I'm stuck with the Samsung "unlock" Custom load up screen and every time i try to go into recovery, it immediately goes to download odin mode, but it still says im not rooted. I know it's possible to boot normally by going to download and pressing Volume down, but if it's possible I would like to get my phone back to an completely unrooted state.
I've tried unrooting with SuperSU but that just ends up freezing.
Samsung Galaxy S4(Verizon) SCH-I545 NK1"
After a while I gave up on bringing my phone back to a completely unrooted state, but now my phone was stuck in a reboot loop, where i would be able to use it for a few seconds then it would reboot. I am completely unable to get into recovery mode, and when I do try, it goes into the downloading screen. So I tried flashing a stock rom onto my phone, but that failed, so now it can either go into downloading screen or go to a screen were it says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again." I have no clue what to do at this point.
have you tried surge's emegerncy stock? here. It's an NC5 stock rom, but since bootloader didnt get locked up for kitkat until OC1 it might work.
My phone model is a SM-G925F and I tried installing xposed via the apk file (XposedInstaller_3.1.apk) from the thread below:
The version is 5.0.2
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
After I installed the apk I downloaded the file by clicking the download button in the app. After the download is finished it asked me to reboot and so i did. Afterwards, my phone got into a boot loop. At this point I managed to boot into TWRP recovery mode. Tried factoring resetting, wiping cache and dalvik and rebooted, still stuck on bootloop.
Afterwards I plugged in my phone into my computer whilst trying to find a solution online. After plugging it out i noticed that my phone was stuck on the "charging" screen which led me to press all buttons at once in an attempt to shut down my phone. What happened was that now its stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge" booting screen (not the animated Samsung one) and it wont even shut down or let me access recovery mode, only download mode. I tried force shutting down again (holding down both volume keys and power button) and all it did was give me a never ending cycle of black screens and "Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge" boot screen. Right now my phone is stuck on the S6 Edge boot screen.
I'm thinking of just using ODIN and installing the firmware via download mode. Either that or I'm just gonna wait for the battery to run out and get into recovery mode that way (not sure what I'm gonna do once I'm in). If someone can give me suggestions on what to do in the situation I'd greatly appreciate it!
Download smart switch on your computer and put your phone into download mode. Flash the stock firmware from smart switch.

You have tried to flash the wrong version of xposed. The one from that thread isnt compatible you need the xposed unofficial by wanam from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3180960/page562
What i would suggest now is to flash stock firmware to resolve the bootloop.
Then flash twrp.
Then flash xposed from the thread above.
Flash through twrp and your good to go

It's all good now, my phone is fixed. Thanks for the help!
A few months ago, I successfully rooted my SM-A105FN/DS with Magisk and Odin. I remember I had TWRP on there, but I think I flashed my phone again, therefore causing my phone to lose TWRP. I recently decided to install the TWRP recovery again, yet I installed the wrong recovery, and after flashing with Flashify and rebooting, I was met with a boot loop. I only saw the Samsung logo with the official software warning and bootloader unlock warning. This would restart constantly until I plugged in my phone, to be met with the logo stuck on the screen. I cannot enter adb, fastboot, Odin mode or recovery mode. My PC doesn't recognise it. I spoke to some Samsung support people online, and they hand no clue whatsoever. I don't want to pay for a repair (I doubt they'd repair it anyways because I have bricked it with a rom and have rooted it). Is it possible to fix it with software, and if not, how can I, and is it possible to replace it with the motherboard of another A10?
you solved that?
i have the same problem, this situation is very nerve wrecking. anyone got a fix on this one?
You cold try to wait until the battety get flat, then you hold vol + and - buttouns then plug into a computer, you should see the download mode
can you open the fastboot mode with volume down + power? it may enables the odin again
