You need unlocked BL...flash again
download the program XMT2_Win_Setup_20.7.28

Rerun Mi Unlock Tool and try again, should correct the issue. To prevent that from happening in the future, ensure in Mi Flash Tool that you do not lock relock your bootloader.
I'm using realme 7 5G now. But when I updated yesterday, it didn't start. Also, recovery and fastboot can not start.
