Oppo Watch 3 Pro AOSP app install? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the China based Oppo Watch 3 Pro that has the new Snapdragon W5 Gen1. It's AOSP Android 11 based. What would I be able to do on it to suit western needs? Since it's android based I have the developer mode unlocked. Would I for example ADB install Google wallet with working NFC pay? Even though it's not Global (yet?)
I see this watch as one of the best you can get at the moment even though it's not wear os based.

Were you able to install google pay, etc in the watch?
I'm interested in buying this watch but I am not sure which features will be unavailable coz I am not in china. I've heard people use VPN through China, so keep some features, but I would prefer to not go that route

Me too! I live in US and just bought Oppo Watch 3 pro from a HK vendor. Watch is awesome, but many of the apps (mostly bloatware) are Chinese. Also, the voices are in Chinese on the meditation app. I would like to find a workaround to add google play store apps to the ColorOS.

Yeah me aswell. I just got the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE from a contest and want to see how good they both are against eachother

If somebody made a custom rom so these can be used in the US, the watch 3 pro could easily be the best smartwatch to date
