Could you just post the instructions on a place that doesn't require additional logins or accounts, in this case, Telegram? or at least communicate if these are only the common instructions for flashing custom rom or if there are special steps.

I don't know for sure. It's Mi439 because it doesn't include other sdm439 devuces. Only Xiaomi ones .

pros: easy install, runs perfekt.
cons: I have install from MIUI 12.5.3 and other from LineageOS 18.1
and I can not download or install apk. No popup for give rights. I fixed it by
install first lineage-19.1-20221011-UNOFFICIAL-0xCAFEBABE-Mi439.zip

I'd go with PixelExperience_lmi-10.0-20201008-1857-UNOFFICIAL.zip hence it's the latest out of them (as of writing) and probably got a few more bug fixes than the others.
Also from Telegram there is this.
Instructions (Follow them carefully):
- Install LOS recovery
- Reboot to recovery
- Format data/cache
- Flash the ROM via ADB sideload
- Flash Magisk with ADB sideload (if u need it)
- Reboot

No, not needed. You can use Global Mi or China as based. In my opinion, is better for Global users to use Global Mi/EEA.

I was on Xiaomi EU Weekly [20.9.24][Android 11]
Flashed following the instruction and couldn't boot
I'll flash the V12.0.3.0.QJKMIXM Global rom which is recommended in the LOS thread and try again.
i can't seem to be able to boot into los recovery as whenever i try to flash it i just end up in a bootloop and the "fastboot reboot recovery" command does not work so i need to use fastboot boot recovery.img
update: nevermind i followed the same steps with TWRP and it worked just fine

I just flashed this ROM on my redmi note 9 merlin. This ROM works perfectly fine but, it has some bugs that I have noticed the first one being that the screen resolution should be 1080x2340 pixels but it is 1080x2196 pixels. The second one is once we connect it to a laptop or a pc the options are completely grayed out, we have to select it in developer options. And I don't see an option for face unlock in the settings is it hidden or is it even there? Other then that the ROM works perfectly fine, extremely smooth, has better battery life than MIUI. I would give it a 8 out of 10. If the devs can fix the bugs listed above this would be my daily driver. The best part is that it shows that the device is certified in play store.
Edit: after using this ROM for a day. This UI is starting to lag. Hopefully it will be fixed.

I had the same problem, but I installed the mentioned recovery and with following the steps especially "format data" in the recovery section and then I successfully installed without any problem.

You have to do a downgrade to MIUI 12.0.3 then follow the guide in Redmi Note 9 Guides, News, & Discussion

No its not.
Almost all ROMs for pine are 64bit. 32-bit are not getting updated.
Make sure to install a 64bit recovery!

perfect rom for redmi 7a
Firstly, Thank You for an amazing rom for redmi 7a. It's working flawlessly. But I have a problem with my camera which is not specifically with this rom. If I record a video for example for 15 seconds, it shows me in hours in my gallary, I mean 15 seconds video shows as 6 hours 15 minuts and some seconds. This is a problem with every rom I install. Is there any fix for this? Thanks in advance

yes AOD works fine but I think "work profile" isn't working (source sided issue)

Google Wallet detects custom ROM/root/unlocked bootloader. Can't make NFC payments. I'll do a clean flash of the next update and see if the issue persists. Mobile network service is also draining battery, don't know if that's normal. Other than that nicely done.

Installing Miui camera magisk module also fails - always.

Miui camera is present and is working fine. I did a clean install, everything else is working fine too.

How is the battery life ? Do you recommend it as a ROM ? Is it daily driver rom ?

Battery life is good, in line with other roms like Elixir. And yes, it can be used like daily driver, no bugs found so far.

MIUI camera is there but won't show if you have Chinese k40pro/pro+, sorry about that but I'm still trying to fix cam on CN devices

It is like asking a parent which child is his favorite. There is no mistake with going with either of these roms. Rice Droid has more RAM available after flashing and has more customization options (probably the most customizable rom out there) but... It is Lineage OS based, while Elixir is AOSP based. Which means if you are using custom mods and launchers like this one Samsung One UI 5.0 Launcher, there is a great chance that it won't work (you may even soft brick your phone). So there's that.

They removed their GitHub page, I don't know why.

Can you add to the Kernel the use of OTG and simultaneous Charging on the Redmi 7A? I don't know how to do it, but I know other people did it with other phones, such as all the sunxi chip using devices (https://linux-sunxi.org/USB_OTG_Charging_Hub) as well as https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...charging-adaptor-on-my-moto-g-xt1032.3431856/ or the Timur's Kernel the https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-nexus-7-2013-timurs-v4-0-android-6-0-1-mob30x-flo-deb.3523149/.
If you don't plan to add it to the official rom, could you at least tell me how to modify the Kernel to permit simultaneous OTG and charging and what to modify?

First mount product partition.
After that open twrp file manager and go to /product/media. There you should find bootanmation.zip. Delete it and reboot to system.
Would like to say thank you the ROM works flawlessly just got a problem with no internet on mobile data but fixed it by putting my SIM on another android 13 phone (stock pixel 6) and copying the APN (the default ones or those furnished by my provider didn't work)

Did you tested them ? Which one would you recommand for less lags ? The 10.1 version lags a lot on the redmi7a
Edit : Tested myself and version 8.0 with lolz kernel is super fluid and nice
Used for 2 month. I dont recommend this if u have only 2 gb ram.

I got 2GB too, use version 8.0 with lolz kernel and it's smooth af, much better than stock Xiaomi ROM. Find a Google cam app with that and you even have a better camera than stock thanks to hdr
