Question Nord 2 bootloop aftert install stockrom - OnePlus Nord 2 5G

Hello
i used stock OxygenOS firmware based on Android 11 and everything was working good. But i wanted to try [ROM][13.0][DENNIZ] Project Elixir [OFFICIAL] [Thirteen][AOSP] and install it using TWRP. Elixir works fine but i have some problems with SMS so i install [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][12] PixelExperience [AOSP] OnePlus Nord 2 5G [denniz] and have same problems. Then i try
OPN2_DN2103_OxygenOS11.3_A.20_Stock using PartitionsBackupper_v1.8. Installation was ok but after turn phone on i catch bootloop on text "android".
I tryed to get back Elixir but is the same problem: bootloop.
How can i fix it?

I back to A19 and works again
right now have problems to update. show: veryfication field.
I tryed to install stock A20 but it didn't work -> bootloop
So i stay on A19.

You can try this guide:
[STOCK][FULL-ROM] OxygenOS_11.3_A.20 EU DN2103 | Unbrick guide
/* * Your warranty is... still valid! * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. * Please do some research yourself before asking or use anything on this...
forum.xda-developers.com
Tried, works fine and can be updated to A12 stock through updater. Warning. Will remove fastbootd and BROM so no more control over your own cellphone.
You can update to A11_A.21 too through temporary TWRP install to have the latest OOS11, until hope that the custom ROMs became more stables.
Unfortunately phh stopped it's AOSP, as per Andy Yan words so hard time for all GSI based ROMs. The most skilled devs don't have enough spare time.
Let's see what's happening...

For some reason partition backuper didn't work for me. Maybe because unauthorized pc I used , so I made full restore with mtk client from this post.
This backup did not override your proper unique partitions. Did a full wipe after flash and get brand new A20 which still use with a pleasure. A bit worried about the android security patch a bit old, but not so critical.
In a couple of weeks when buy new phone will try update this one with well maintained custom ROM. Right now is my daily driver.
Hope helped.

Nope, bro. The last A11 is A21 update.
Won't be A22 update.
You can update to A12 C.10 on DN2103.
Or every A12 update > 02, for an Indian version.
Make sure you really want to f** your phone with A12 from OnePlus, loosing fastbootd and BROM mode ...

thank you. I will stay on A11 but i can't update it to A21. I have "veryfication problem". I am on A20.

There is a way, documented here in this forum, to recover stock boot.img, update via temporary TWRP install, and get the latest update.
Because of lack of time I didn't update to A21. The unique difference between A20 and A21 is android security patch level. 2 months diferentes which is not so important for mi. A20 hasn't any bug. Disabled update notice and enjoy.
When have some time will install some of the customs roms available, currently in very advanced state and development.
Cheers.

I don't know when removed fastbootd exactly. I think still there on C.01. Brom was disabled from preloader on C.04 or C.05 beta. Then applied to C.10.
I suppose they do this to have less RMA requests, which still happens with their own firmware....
I really don't know what to suggest you, apart that request support from them...

wouldnt disabling a feature that let you restoring the rom make more rma requests since if you softbrick there isnt really a way to restore it? thats like so stupid

I flashed my phone with resurrection remix rom(was working very fine),then i deleted all the files through the twrp (advance wipe option). It said there is no OS (probably deleted the whole phone memory). So i re-flashed the resurrection remix rom, and now the phone works, but cant detect sim or the wifi signals.(probably messed up with the modems). how should i fix this problem? please reply , thanks in advance.

Try flashing the latest firmware available. This might solve the issue. You can find the firmware download links here. Use global stable.

If you want to know the know-how of how to revert back to stock MIUI configuration then you are asking me to duplicate a work of another XDA member and am not of a fan of doing that. :silly:
What I mean is just visit @sachin n 's index thread and you will find the answer to your question.
Sachin's thread will definitely help you.

Lenovo A7000 Hard Brick

Hello guy, I was trying to add new custom ROM of lineageos 15.1 in my phone. So I flashed TWRP and successfully installed custom rom lineageos 15.1 with root addon on my phone.
It was working very well, but due to lots of apps, it is getting slower. So I downloaded titanium backup pro (Cracked One) to remove the pre-installed apps of Google.
When I just installed the titanium backup pro app, it restarts my phone, and my phone stopped working (stuck at TWRP recovery screen). So I thought to reinstall the lineageos 15.1. But this time whenever I try to install the file, it sends me back to the starting point of TWRP recovery mode.
So I got pissed off and opened the SP FLASH tool to remove TWRP, but I don't have any idea how to remove it, so I go to the format section of sp flash tool and format the phone.
Now I tried to power on my device, but it wasn't showing a logo of TWRP or Lenovo it was just a black screen. So I figure out by googling that my phone is hard bricked so I tried to flash the Lenovo a7000 framework with SP Flash Tool, but nothing worked out.
So here I am asking for help in XDA Developers Forum. Please help me out I will not get any other phone till my JEE Advanced Exam

Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that...
But unfortunately I don't think I can help you with that, I mean, if I understand, you erased TWRP recovery, and you can't enter fastboot mode so I don't how we can install anything on it...
That sucks!
If you really need a phone, try to get an extra cheap clap phone to deal with calls an SMS, and to manage your Google account use a PC.
Except that, I can't help you anymore.

You must flash the persist partition with twrp. You can find a tutorial at the 4pda site
I am having the same problem.. any solution??
Thanks in Advanced..
I read on a latin facebook page, that you need to install some rom, the majority agrees with miui 11 to start it, to activate the usb depuration and to install the global and european stock android one 9.0 rom and that the problem is corrected, i do not correct why the process has to be that.

So basically, i updated to stock android 10, realised it was a mistake, flashed stock 9 via fastboot, lost sensors, installed orangefox rexovery and flashed latest PE, while in PE i tested the sensors and they were fully working, flashed stock 9 via fastboot again and everything is fine now. That was it.
Every time The same story. Before the update every user want it like a question of life or death. After ask how to downgrade. LoL

Strange, i've used the method twice now with success. Are you using the official march fastboot rom from xiaomi and the latest platform tools?
Sapper Morton said:

You guys are missing an important step; for the downgrade to be successfully done, you must come from a custom Android 10 ROM for Pie vendor, as such only the official PX is eligible, not the unofficial by nullby, because the latter uses Stock 10 firmware, vendor included.
I suspect it's because dtbo.img, since it carries hardware information to the Linux Kernel, thus the sensors would be targeted.
You can use any custom ROM that matches the requirements, as such the EvolutionX by chaplindev; but I do recommend to use PX Official build, just because that's what I used to recover my sensors back; download is available here.

Question OnePlus 10t Custom ROM

Hello all,
I plan to get a OnePlus 10T soon UNLOCKED model.
What are my prospects for installing a custom ROM now or in the future? I had a OP 9 a few months ago & only had it for a short time.
Regards
LC
We don't have a MSM tool which would allow us to restore the device from bricking... Until there is an alternative method to recover.... We might not see the custom ROM development.... Thanks to the OP becoming OPPO (or vice versa) and the greedy mindset of blocking stuff...OP is no longer dev friendly but yet another ******* company
How long would it take? It's a really powerful device

If you can't get to fastboot, you need msm and you put your phone on EDL mode. I had to do this numerous times on my 8T. It's a clean and safe way to get back to stock in almost any situation.

Could you post the boot file and version you used? You flashed the boot image and then all the rest of the images? Do you have the commands for every image you flashed?
If I remember I'll do it once I get out of work but that's a little ways away still but I would just recommend doing it yourself by extracting your own boot images I can and send you a link if I get time if now I'll try to remember after work.

So you didn't flash the entire stock rom? Just the boot image? It is not clear.
For unbricking entire rom is usually needed so I was looking for examples of a full stock rom flash.
I am also looking for a stock version for CPH2417... payload.bin would be amazing.
I softbricked (bootloop) and had to use the CPH2413 (India) software (not good)
