The Mate20 Pro does not turn on for me and it had this firmware 102.0.0.142(c432e3r1p2). Where can I download the software to update it?
It gives an error when recovering from Hisuite and from recovery updating via wifi also gives an error. sooo ne remains to update it by otg. aid.
I have a similar issue, do you found any fix?

I find myself in a great impasse ... I wanted to downgrade my phone from EMUI9 to EMUI8 but since I am blocked everywhere:
- It starts well fastboot but my PC does not recognize it (tested with 3 different pc)
- The TWRP mode remains stuck on the logo
- Installation via DLOAD does not work

i have followed this guide ...how-to/downgrade-ane-lx3-ane-lgrp2-ovs-pie-to-t3944399 on my P20 Lite ANE-LX1 to downgrade from 9.1 to 8.0.

The Update went fine Hi Suite on Windows was showing me successfully installed Firmware 8.0... and Phone will be restarted.
After that my phone screen is black and i can't switch on anymore even hard reset with "volume up + On" button doesn't work.
When i connect usb cable nothing is happening even no leds....!!!
Is it possible that this kind of downgrade can destroy whole mainboard

Hello friends i am new here. i have a problem with my ulefone s10 pro. after using of 3 month suddenly it shows invalid IMEI then it fixed by factory reset then after 7 days phone become stuck in ulefone logo and it become dead. not charging not switch on after that i have contact with ulefone custer care by auto repaly they gave some instruction to flash the phone with sp flash tool. i have tried several times to reflash but its showing some error like 1.invalid GPT 2. STATUS_DEVICE_CTRL_EXCEPTION (0xC0050001)and error code 0xC0030008. i have tried different version of SP flash tools but same error. when i am connecting the phone with pc its detected by pc as mtk device in device manager and frequently connected and disconnected. i have download the firmware from ulefone official site provided by email from customer care. i have tried download only mode, format and download, firmware update also but no result. from customer care they are also not responding. what may be probable cause and whats the solution . how to fix the invalid gpt error?help please

Hi guys, I update my Emui 9 to 10 thru OTA, but after restart it shows me your device has loaded a different operating system.
I did try go into erecovery mode select update thru wifi, but it shows me package obtain fail.
so anyone has lda-l09 c636 firmware, I want to try hisuite rewrite.

recently I started to play with my Honor 8X JSN-L21 Europe version and I wanted to install a custom ROM from MOS. The instructions said to downgrade my phone to EMUI9.0. I had EMUI10 installed, used HiSuite to downgrade, but it could only go down to EMUI9.1. So, after a little googling, I tried to flash official ROM using the update.app method. After many attempts which ended at 0% the phone finally started to "verify the image," only to stop at 3% and fail. After this i restarted my phone and it is totally bricked. No LED flashing, nothing on the screen, no fastboot/update mode.
The only thing that works now (my computer can see) is putting the phone in COM mode using test point.
I found on the internet some HiSilicon flashing tool that could help, but it doesn't detect my phone when I plug it in (Device Manager says Huawei COM1 - clearly it's connected). The only other option is to buy DX Phoenix and try it out.
Before buying the software, do you guys think it could help? I don't want to spend some $$$ on a software that might (not) work.
