Boot to recovery
Flash the latest build
Flash GApps
Reboot

I'm having trouble so I can't make a normal flash zip
were going to flash .img files instead
Download System.tar.xz and Boot.img and GApps
Download the Modified Recovery image
Extract System.img from System.tar.xz
Copy all files to device
Boot to recovery
Go to Install and choose Install Image from the bottom right
Flash the Modified Recovery image
Reboot into new recovery
Go to Install and choose Install Image from the bottom right again
Flash Boot.img then flash System.img
Flash GApps
Reboot

Hi moaaz, it's a greet rom and i really liked it but i faced one bug ..
it's when turn on bluetooth and connect with a earbuds or any other bluetooth devices,
the device show a message that settings app has stopped and the phone doesn't transfer audio to the earbuds,
currently i downgraded to android 9 ( also by you ) and it's all fine . Thank you for hard working.

Hi Guys
I don't think I will be developing any new ROMs for the grand 2 since it reached its end with a very stable android 11.
I re-uploaded all the ROMs to another account so I don't delete them by mistake later, I will delete them from the old links but if I miss any check it here ->
