Nokia 2.3 | OEM Unlocking - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I know this is for Nokia 2.2's however I couldn't find the Nokia 2.3 section.
I work in an I.T company that supports a business who was previously with a a different I.T company who set up their phones and it is MDM locked using ManageEngine. The previous I.T company no longer uses ManageEngine and no longer has access to that server, and I've been successful at resetting all of the phones except 1 (around 20 in total).
Everytime I go to boot into recovery mode, it gives me the No Command screen. I got this screen often on the other phones and was able to get around it by just holding power then pressing vol up, but no matter what I do this phone will no go into recovery mode properly.
I have read that OEM Unlocking could fix this issue (if anyone has any other ideas, please do let me know), however due to the MDM lock, I am unable to even get into developer options due to it saying the device is managed by my organization.
If anyone could give me any advice, I would really appreciate it.
NOTE: I do have the PIN to the phone, however that's as far as I have really been able to get.

Locked out of device

Someone I work with his come to me for help because he knows I'm all into android gadgets. I have rooted my last two phones within hours of getting them and have become a flashaholic. Always messing with my devices.
He has a Samsung Captivate that he has "retired" and I'm interested in buying it for a few purposes. Unfortunately, he let his (adult) son play with it and the lock screen pattern is set. He doesn't know the pattern or the google account password associated with the account on the device. (When he upgraded and moved out of the device he had to create a new google account.)
He wants to look into the device one more before he turns it over to me. (I will wipe it and root it for my purposes.) Is there a way to get past the lock screen without the complete reset in recovery?

This might depend on what update it is on, but you can try that.

There are also tools that have the capability to bypass it that some professional shops would have, but probably would be hard pressed to find one of them and between the time and $, probably not worth it.

Alcatel 4015T Simply Unable to Root - Please Help

I have been at this on and off for months now and have exhausted just about every option I come across. Ive tried just about all the options on the XDA forums, and dozens of options found throughout Google, I'm at a loss but there has to be a way to root my phone.
I have an AT&T Prepaid GoPhone (Alcatel 4015T) (Fastboot shows device mt6572v1_phone). The phone is cheap, pretty uncommon, and Ive only discovered maybe 3 people on Google that have had the same question for the same phone but it all went unanswered.
The only progress I have ever made in rooting is booting it into fastboot mode, in this mode fastboot will show the device id (Which I noted above but again its mt6572v1_phone), from there I can do nothing else, all commands sent to it, however they are sent to it through dozens of vendor ids such as (0x1bbb) or no vendor ids, no matter what it will just hang and sit there indefinitely with three dots (...) waiting for the command to be sent or accepted.
Furthermore , in fastboot mode, the only sole way to reboot it is to remove the battery as the entire physical device is unresponsive as soon as FastBoot starts up. Im really desperate to root it but am beginning to lose hope in the idea that its even possible.

Phone Lock Screen bypass

Today my friend took my Mobile phone for couple of minutes and later gave me a phone having a new screen lock over it. The phone when I gave was locked with PIN Protection and it had no access to the Internet. He doesn't know the password of the phone nor of my Google Account. He didn't even booted the phone into Recovery mode through which he could flash the bypassing zip available over different threads. He has done this on HTC, Sony, Samsung, and which so ever Android phone. He had done so even on iPhone 6. I want to know if this is possible like is there any master reset option to do on Android and if yes then how can even I do? Help and thanks in advance!
Your question, although apparently genuine, opens the doors wide open for it to be misused by other individuals. Hence it violates XDA Rules. So, need to close this thread for that reason.

Resetting Verizon QMV7B

I have received a Verizon QMV7B tablet from my youth pastor (who owns his own business doing estate sales) and came across a tablet that he was hoping I could help him with. I own my own IT business and was willing to help but not sure of a couple things.
1. Once it's on, it doesn't seem to want to turn off so that I can perform the power+volume up sequence. I have only been able to do reboots. Maybe the answer here is to let the battery drain, charge just a little, and try to do power+volume up.
2. It is password protected via the number pad, so I am not able to get past that part either
I am not sure where to go from here. I have rooted a couple of my phones in the past so I do have a little experience with that. I am not looking to root but is there a way that I can have this thing booted up, connect to the computer, and run a few commands that would either A. boot me to the system menu, or B. allow me to do the reset right from the command line? I seem to remember doing a similar task a while back when I was rooting my HTC Thunderbolt when I was setting it up to be rooted.
Any ideas how to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Dead screen, upon replacement pin code isn't working... Need files HELP!!!

So this is for a friend. She has important documents on it for her upcoming child custody case.
While at work her S21 had the dreaded black scree, after only 5 months. When the new screen was installed her pin number didn't work. The repairman told her that after 7 failures it automatically wipes the phone. They wouldn't release the phone back with the working screen without the pin working. So they put the bad screen back on. I can blindly get into recover mode, even into adb sideload. I can see the device, but nothing else works. I was hoping to pull the data off, but have hit a roadblock.
Any help would be appreciated.
Bootloader unlocked? No? Sorry, no one can do that.
You can try sending the device to one of the data recovery companies, choose one that many vouch for.
They'll basically remove the SD card and attempt to decrypt the data from it manually.
