hi, i installed the rom and it works great, however (i don't know if it's problems with my apps) spotify, gmail and shazam don't work because the apps crash, so i can't open them. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them but they keep crashing. can anyone tell me what the problem is? everything else works great!

The issue can be in rom itself or might be just your side. I have daily driven the rom for around a month and never faced this. Just try reflashing the rom

If Spotify don't work try blackhole music player, And for gapps you can use any Android 12l. But NickGapps are recommended
