Hi, I'm looking for a $50-$100 amazfit wearable. I read that GTS4 and GTR 4 can count reps and sets. Is there any other amazfit that also does that? If it doesn't automatically count reps/sets, maybe you can record it manually?
I was also taking a look at the notifications and fitness app, but I don't know if I can track my strength workouts using it.
Thanks for your help!

Can i request one app that will enhance Gear Fit experience and its role as fitness tracker?
Although, Gear fit has native timer and stop watch app, It does not have function of HIIT timer, which is interval training timer.
You can find multiple example if you search HIIT on Google Play.
It is very simple timer that you can set up rest time and work time and repeat it. Possibly save set for different work out.
Is it possible for you to make this app for gear fit user ?
Thank you
May I know if Amazfit Bip is able to show customized watchface with tasker variables?
I've been using Canvas for Pebble with my Pebble Time and able to show dynamic contents on the watchface using tasker. Have been searching around but it seems Amazfit is not having something similar (yet). So just want to confirm.
Is the interval editor as awful as it appears or do I need to tweak something?
Is there really only the one "Interval type" and is it also impossible to title each interval? Surely in 2019, I should be able to create a run/walk interval session with ease on a so-called smart fitness watch? I want to create intervals sessions with different exercise categories. eg run/rest/run/rest/press ups/rest/situps/rest/run etc. as it is there is no way to title or annotate an interval and there is only ONE category: "training". Dire.
I am new to watch.
Not good to mix subjects but while here, which app do you use on Android to control/sync the watch? "Notify and Fitness" won't show me graphs for different exercises (run, swim and cycle) and also doesnt have any interval session editor. Is it supposed to work alongside the offical Amzfit app? I haven't figured why I would want to use Amzmod either.

You shouldn't buy Stratos for serious training, you get what you pay.

That's a total nonsense reply. The tracking and sync to Strava etc is excellent.
Hello, does anyone know how to configure the heart rate zones in the Amazfit GTR.

Use notify & fitness app
Check your profile in Amazfit Watch app, if it doesn't work with GTR then probably it's not possible using stock configuration.
In my Amazfit GTR 4 is possible to change the heart rate zones manually. Go to Zepp > Profile > push in the profile photo > at the end you will see an option to change the heart rate zones.
I purchased a Bip first, and subsequently upgraded and acquired a Stratos. I just didn't have the heart to sell off the Bip. In retrospect, I think that was a wise decision.
I have an Android handset. I find that both the Mi Fit as well as Amazfit Watch app for Android leaves a lot to be desired. Both are horribly slow to sync with the watch. At times, I feel like something has gone wrong. In comparison, Notify & Fitness for Amazfit is heads and shoulders better. Also, the data remains locally in the phone, and not get transmitted to some server in mainland China. But for the app to work with my Stratos, I have to compulsorily install the Amazfit Watch app for the QR code to be scanned and paired by the phone. Seems a bummer, as I have to install two different apps for the same job.
Is there any way of altogether bypassing the Mi Fit or Amazfit Watch app for Stratos to work similarly?
