Your phone will now boot into safe mode. You will know that you are in safe mode because the Safe mode text will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen.

You're either not doing the correct button presses - home/power/vol down for download mode, home/power/vol up for recovery, or you're not holding the buttons for long enough.
If you genuinely can't get into either download or recovery modes, your only other option is a jig. Beyond that it's a Samsung service centre or local mobile repair shop job.
But I'd be very surprised if you can't access download mode purely due to flashing an incorrect kernel. Unless you want to fess up as to exactly what it was you flashed ? Generally in those cases where you can't access those modes, the phone fails to boot at all (and these are definitely not user fixable).
A neighbor girl I know round here dropped her broke phone off at my house while I was out, when I got it the plastic rim was off and it was flashing on the home and lockscreen with low battery, when I enter recovery or factory mode it boots up and then displays a blank black screen, so I'm suspecting if I firmware flash a new factory image it might bring it back out of this state hopefully, but the drivers page says unavailable and I've yet to to find motoflash tools and any factory firmware images, I'm in the menu

Hi Guys,
I hope someone can help, I’ve watched countless videos and tutorials and not one has fixed the issue I have with my tablet.
Initially I had a boot loop problem and purchased a new battery. Now when I try to enter recovery mode I don’t see a list of commands. When it does enter a mode it only gives me an option to download a custom OS or to restart (which throws it back into the startup loop). If I select the download option the android icon appears with “Downloading”. But in the top left hand corner it says

The tablet doesn’t appear to be doing anything?
Do I need to connect it to a PC and do something else? In the recovery videos online it shows options to clear cache etc but I cannot access any menus? It only will go into the above download mode?

Downloading just means it's waiting to get anything from Odin.
Has to be connected to a PC of course.
Hello I have created this thread to get a list of custom rom avaiable for the Hisense a5 pro cc.
It uses Vision Os, which is particularly made for eink or color eink display.
In particular I have found out that the OS rely on an app called EINK LAUNCHER that is seems to be the stock launcher for eink devices.
It also depend on eink algorythm and color modes. Like Clear Mode, Smooth Mode, Speed Mode and Balanced Mode, so there should also be a file that stock thoose various screen modes.

try to fastboot erase user data to reset its flash is lock, try to un lock with oem unlock not function, i dont now how to unlock bootloader because my adb is unautorized
