I have unlocked OEM in my redmi note 10 and i want to install Google pixel os , but my phone is not coming in recovery mode after pressing volume up and power button. What should I do ??

Today i had flashed latest china dev fastboot ROM in Redmi Note 3 SD.
After succesfull flashed i had flashed TWRP 3.0.2-2
Then wiped all & flashed RR N.
Whenever i tap reboot to recovery or reboot to fastboot from power menu, Device starts normally not in recovery or fastboot.
Tried 3-4 times by flashing TWRP via fastboot mode but every time whenever i want to go recovery or fastboot i must have to press vol+ & power or vol- & power simultaniously.
Any Solution...?
Power key + volume up for recovery mode.
Power key + volume down for fastboot mode.
Edit: Sorry, I misread the question. I think it is a ROM problem.
Hi guys, today i download the last one plus 3 Oxygen OS version and installed on my phone, after the installation the phones starts the reboot process and it got stucked on the fastboot mode, if a press the power button it goes to the fastboot mode, if i press volume up + power goes to the same mode and exactly the same with volume down + power, what can i do to fix this or even better, is it fixable? I don´t want to change phones again
Hey guys,I want to try root my redmi note 4 ..But whenever I go for fast boot mode by pressing volume down button and power key it not longer hold fastboot mode ..And it reboot to power mode .Plz tell me what to do

Hi guys please help me i get xiaomi redmi 3 and when i power on phone or restart it he stuck on fastboot when hold power + vol up he go on black screen with phone image and usb cabel i flash new rom with miflash but again he has this problem
I unlocked the tablet and installed successfully TWRP on my Xiaomi Mi Pad 4.
But when I reboot it with volume down and power it always goes into smartboot.
Only way to go to TWRP is from console Fastboot boot twrp.img, but it does not always work
How can i boot directly into TWRP ?

You press the wrong key. To access recovery, you must hold Volume up + Power.
