Flash the files using Odin 3.13.1. You can find Odin 3.13.1 here.
If you are not sure about how to flash, you can follow this guide to update Note 8 to Android Pie.
In case you don't know: CSC file will wipe your phone and factory reset it. Home_CSC file will not wipe your phone. It will not touch any of your data. So depending on whether you want to wipe data or not, select the CSC or Home_CSC file.
Note: You can install this update on any phone, in any region, as long as your device's model number is N950F or N950FD. Do not flash it on any other device.

If you have a N950F, follow the available here on XDA and you should have no issues.
So I will just need to select HOME_CSC and it'll update just fine? I mean I got a different CSC atm, not similar to both these countries but it's an OXM one, it won't have issues if I select it in ODIN right?
I have NOTE8 (N950F Dual Sim) from Pakistan which CSC being PAK as well.
Can I flash it via Odin and will it keep my CSC intact and not change it to Slovakia or Bulgaria ??

I'm of the understanding that ALL Samsung stock ROMs have English built in, even if the "out of the box" default is for another language.

Many have flashed it above. It is totally fine to flash it on any N950F or FD.
Works great. I have installed in sm-n950fd Greek model with EUR firmware and kept home_csc. I will install the EUR pie firmware as soon as it is available. Big changes with this edition. I hope battery remains as good as it was before.

dont flash a USA carrier firmware set for it (theyre not ROMs when you flash them in Odin, theyre called firmware). Flash the firmware with a multi CSC, preferably one that contains your needed CSC

that error wont cause any issues other than just plain being super annoying. Each USA carrier has something stupid built into their firmware that causes silly headaches like this. If you get a notif in the pulldown area, you should be able to long press on it and tell android to ignore it. If not, you might just need to find the U1 version of android 10 and flash that on your phone so it doesnt know its a sprint phone anymore. Phone amnesia for lack of a better way to describe it LoL

you can install a French version if you like, but the U1 version is the unbranded version and you can just pick whatever language you want upon install. After the recent news about One UI 2.1 on Galaxy 2019 series, a new S10 updates (which seems close to be officially released) has been reported under form of buildstrings:

At this point I assume that the same one will be released also for the exynos versions in April/May.

I have CSC from Play (Polish operator) and I would like to upload XEO. I tried odin and samkey and despite the "positive" completion of the operation (both applications say so), the Play brand is still on the phone.

if your s21 phone has an unlocked exynos variant, you can download the indonesian version with XID csc using frija and clean install with odin, I tried it on the s20. (did i change csc for call record)

probably the phone may be locked if you bought it through a carrier, i don't know for sure. maybe someone who knows can help

If you have a G991B it should be possible to flash any (exynos) rom , even if the phone is carrier lock .
How did you do it ( the flashing), what files did you use , home_csc or csc?

First five digit is important like S918B
Last three digit may be varies with original manufaturing/selling country. EUB probably Germany. But there shouldn't have any issue.

But why would they make this difference, like is there any difference in quality between EUB and EUX? If not, why not call all of them in EU something like EUX (or another code)
I ordered mine from Samsung Germany: got an EUX one.
But like Ketan said, the firmware code won't impact drastically your experience with the device. It's just that EUB and EUX models might have their respective updates with a few days of difference when Samsung will deploy them. So nothing to worry about.
