I can confirm that charging my EUX csc to INS , I have native call recording.
Galaxy S23 ultra SM-918B 512GB

Yes it does, i changed to SEK, i live in Europe Netherlands. My phone model is S23 Ultra S918B. Do not change to INS, some how, an amount was charged each month. Everytime i did an update (S22 ultra S908B), it charged about 1 euro. I found out when I received an invoice from tmobile .

I chose INS because I wanted to have call recording and spam control. BUT , I had problem with my galaxy watch 4, SO I changed to SEK (Ukraine) and now I have call recording, HCG and blood pressure monitor on my watch 4 . I don't have spam control but I'm OK. I also use Google wallet.
My initial csc was EUX

Hi, why is everyone using a new SEK code? Isn't the CallID function missing in real life?
There are other codes available where everything is working... e.g.
XXV- Working call recorder, Working SPay, Missing CallID
THL - Working call recorder, Working SPay, Working CallID
INU - Working call recorder, Working SPay, Working CallID

There are some limitations with the galaxy watch. (ecg etc..)

As already mentioned above, SEK is OK for those who owned a samsung galaxy watch 4 or 5 because ECG and blood pressure monitor are working flawlessly. SEK is a csc which is more suitable for European phone users. Call ID is missing but speaking from my point of view is useless in my country (Greece) as it is limited for some spam numbers only. But you can always download and use Hiya app from play store if you want. Samsung Pay is missing but is not provided to many European countries (neither in Greece) and most people uses Google Wallet.
Last, with SEK, HD voice (a Vodafone's function for crystal clear phone conversation) and RCS chat Google messaging futures are also working.

Can anyone tell me how to use SamFW. I tried but it cannot read ADB although I enabled ADB in Developer options?

After enabling ADB , you connect your phone to your windows PC. You accept any pop up message about connecting. You run samfw app. You go to the third tab of the app if I right remember where adb is present. You write the desired CSC you want to have and then press the OK button. That's it

use INS and you will also have spam control.
only Samsung Pay is not there.

You can switch to INS or ILO for native spam control as already mentioned above. Otherwise, download Hiya app from play store (or just google the Hiya mod full version) for spam control

It's because on INS CSC, a message is sent each time a sim card is inserted.
Block these numbers from sending SMS might stop the charge
