I got this but i reinstall my phone using test point and qualqom flasher.
Just download your current miui version zip and flash it using RED WOLF TWRP ......
Are you able to boot into recovery? If not, you'll have to flash your recovery.img via fastboot.
I had this same issue once when doing a LineageOS ROM update - had to wipe system and flash ROM, Gapps and Magisk again and then everything worked again.
Hello!
Just received my Umidigi A3 - MT6739.
Firmware is Android 9, latest release: N Android 9.0 V1.3_20190610 ROM
I would like to flash a custom recovery (TWRP) and flash a custom ROM - like Lineage OS or Stock Android.
This is not the first time I root and flash an android device, however I am having difficulties finding the right files.
I tried to install custom TWRP recovery both through ADB tool and with SP flash tool.
I initially unlocked the OEM and bootloader using ADB tools, then I tried to flash a TWRP recovery image I found online but it turned out to be for Android 8.1 and not Android 9.
The phone switches on and boots normally - however I still don't have a custom recovery nor the possibility to install a custom ROM.
Here's a list of threads I already looked at and tested:

Did anyone who has the same phone manage to do such?
Thanks!
A3 TWRP Recovery
Hi,
It sounds like you have tried all the available options and since I have Android 8.1 mine is not the same. I can tell you that just in case you haven't seen this page yet, it may help, as it worked perfectly for me.

I tried to install twrp on my Xiaomi mia3 but it stocks in fastboot, so I had to install again my stock Android 10. Is there anyway to install the twrp on stock room without roll back to Android 9 ? Thanks.

Hi...
Stock rom for mi 8 lite with Android 10 stable is now available.
Follow link to download.
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1-P7fqitolVTWQU2Qp7DslEedM1i8QGth
Install to system update, select update package in the download directory.
Do not install if your bootloader is unlocked.
In this case use MI FLASH TOOL.....
1.95GB file size
Hello I installed the update with my bootloader unlocked
My phone was running the MIUI 11.0.8 ANDROID 9..
Now running on MIUI 11.0.1.0 ANDROID 10
I downloaded first the minimal path and I flashed it .
From here
https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/firmware/platina/
After that I download the full ROM (1.9 gb recovery rom)
And i installed both of them using pitchblack twrp recovery, nothing wipe. And works very good! that recovery is the only who support Ota incremental update and encryption features installed + boot normally + root magisc + Viper4android + dolby digital using only stock rom. No custom boot.Img / kernel. That twrp is very useful.
No issues.
After flashing the files, my phone got all the encryption features and the bootloader still unlocked ?
@brheno not working here (It's not allowed to upgrade to unofficial ROM package), is this for the Chinese variant?
finally the fastboot global android 10 rom for platina is here:

Hello Curtana's users.
I have tried to revert back to miui(11.0.3) from custom ROM( Arrow os 13) via fastboot.
It got bootloop and device keeps restarting with a vibrate. My recovery was broken but fastboot was working.
I flashed miui 11 all version running on Android 10 but no luck tried to flash recoveries but didn't boot.
So here is solution which saved my Curtana
My cell was running on ''Miui 14 Android 12''
When I installed Arrow os it was MIUI 14.
But I tried to revert and downgrade to MIUI 11 it gives me bootloop.
So I downloaded same MIUI version which was MIUI 14 used miflash 2018. Flashed fastboot ROM it booted.
I recovered my Curtana. So whenever you try to revert or downgrade from custom rom must remember which miui was installed at that time. Otherwise a bootloop is inevitable..
