There are a few wallpaper apps out there that change the see based on the current weather (adds rain or snow, sun position, changes sky from clear blue to cloudy, etc.) But so far they all changed based on the CURRENT weather. Heck, I can look out the window and see the current weather. So really it's just a gimmick and not really useful.
What would be useful is if the wallpaper changed based on the short-term forecast as to what the weather will be in 1 or 2 hours from now. Then if I'm planning on going outside shortly, I quick glance while using my phone give me a general indication if the weather is about to change.

I have been looking for a while, but can't find what I want.
I like Beautiful Home Weather's clock, but not the date & weather.
I like Beautiful Weather, for the 5 day display, but no clock.
I tried WP Clock & lock Art, but they are live wallpaper & show on all screens & don't act right in landscape.
I tried "Make your own clock", but couldn't get it to look right. Want clock to not show the leading 0, as in 03:30 & I couldn't get rid of the background. I am still working with Make your own, but struggling with how to change the appearance.
I would be happy with Beautiful Widgets Home if it had the 5 day weather & bigger date field.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Update: I am figuring out "Make my own clock" & it just may just work for me.
Thanks,
kev
try fancy widget. free and paid versions
try minimalistic text... works great!
I like the original fancy widget- the one that looks like HTC Sense- b4 the cease and desist. Post a screen for us of your clock when you've finished tweaking it.
Sent from my nootered Nookor
My favs are "Classic Clock 4X4" with "Date Widget Free"
In Fiesta Clock and Sierra Clock 4x4 are nice too,
I have settled on "Make your Clock". It's pretty much, just about the only thing I need sometimes.
Thanks,
kev

Hi,
I like Ocean weather and Wind weather live wallpaper that are installed on GSII. but there's a problem. I dont know why it doesnt show wheather changes.
My place is warm and sunny. I tried to choose london. but it doesnt change to raining theme. how can I see a rainy weather on my screen?
Kinda confused by the question!
Just set your place, it will automatically change as per your place, i.e- if it's raining in your place, only then it will show raining.
Regards.
I was looking for a wallpaper for the home screen which would allow the icons and bookmarks to be easily read during night and day light conditions and still have some live activity for interest.
I've found the "Night Sky" wallpaper in the Play store to be very good and worth the modest cost.
I guess most people know the weather app Snowstorm on Android. There are many apps on WP8 but something more can be done. I like how in Snowstorm you have your widgets and a wide choice of icon sets and I'm pretty sure that can be done on Windows Phone. A weather forecast at the top of the lockscreen and a choice of icons in the app settings, all while leaving the wallpaper choice to the user.
Anyone up for that?
how bout locksider+? It was free for a while, not sure about now, but it has a bunch of lockscreen photos that you can pick or choose to randomize, and it has weather in the top corner
Here is my first attempt at a Theme. Hope you like it. The speedometer has been converted into a clock with the date. In addition to the obvious hotspots for contacts, calendar, games, and shopping, the Ferrari horn is a hotspot for your Music, and the Start button is a hotspot for the Favorites category. The current weather and temperature icons are shown as well as forecast condition with high/low temp. The dials reflect the memory and cpu usage, with a battery guage underneath. Let me know if you see any areas for improvement. Thanks.

The dashboard speedometer/clock was based on a design by Whyred at DeviantArt. Unfortunately most of it was covered up due to size limitations on a phone screen. The dashboard and background were portions of photos by (uncredited) at imagesandwallpapers.com and by lumpic at 7themes.com, respectively.
How to apply this theme Ferrari.zip??
