My GTR 2e was ok last week. Seems a few days ago the display dimmed.
I checked the settings on the Zepp app and the display settings are ok.
I also have a new GTR 3 which is operating without any problems.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
AMAZFIT Support told me to go to Settings > System > Reboot
That fixed the problem.

My Pace started to baaadly delay notifications It started about 2-3 weeks ago, it's irregular, about 1/3 notifications does not goes in-time. Delay is sometimes 10sec, sometimes 40 seconds or even a few minutes! The most annoying thing is that sometimes I have a call (not notified on Pace), I pickup, end it in 20 seconds, put my mobile on desk and...bam! - notification on Pace pops out. Very annoying.
I did a factory reset after WOS installed, nothing helped. I enabled screen-on if notification arrived on mobile, still no-go. Do you have any idea what's wrong with my setup?
I'm using Huawei Mate 9 EMUI 5 Nougat, Watch App v2.3.0/v2.3.2, Amazfit Pacefied rel 39 (v1.2.51) and WOS 2.6.0.12

Thanks for tips, but unfortunately does not help at all :/ It looks like watch app service is delayed somehow....
Are you sure that Amazfit app is not being killed while it's in background? Some phones have strict settings that would kill non system apps in background to save battery, even disable Bluetooth. Unless the watch has a Bluetooth problem, the culprit is the phone. Can you pair the watch to other phone for tests? Did you change anything on your phone at the time the notifications started to lag?

any hint to go to debug mode on the watch and send data back to amazfit ?

But try to disable all alerts in activity Settings, it may prevent crashes.

You can see the HR on screen, it also shows the zone. Try disabling all alerts and then enable then one by one, I think HR zone doesn't cause problems, I know pace alert does.

Since some days the AGPS data from watch is not updating anymore. I have synced several times. Does anyone else have the same problem? Any idea how to fix this? :crying:

Hello, I have same problem.
I have factory restarted the watch 4 or 5 times, i uninstall and install the app and still nothing!?
Since the AGPS want sync i have very bad GPS recorded running activity.
Please help?

Uninstall Amazfit Watch App [3.xx]
Restart the Phone.
Install Amazfit Watch App [Downgrade to 2.7x or 2.9x by manual install APK]
Again pairing and A-GPS can update.
Have downgraded to 2.9. Will report back on AGPS status.

Can I ask, can people on the forum please try a manual sync? Options -> Sync? On my Stratos, it fails at 34%. Want to see if it's something at my end, or if related to the Xiaomi server issues.
I am having the same problem with the Verge China 3.0.50.0 and App 3.6.1.
I have sync like more than 20 times and it still tell me that my AGPS data has expired.

Seems ok today.
When you pull down the sync you will see the sync progress (%). The the first count will go to 90% and finish. Then it will reset to 10% and count to 90% then finish.
Previously the 2nd count sync will stuck at 10% for a while and stop.

So they switched the name of app and now since the new update to Zepp my Amazfit bip is crap the battery only last maybe 1 day ... Before at least a week or better with the bpm and sleep options on . Anybody else having same issues or did the batt in my watch just fail ? I did what the amazfit site said fully charged left alone over night , no bluetooth just sitting on my desktop and it lost 26% over night ....Thanks for any help

The Zepp app is very poor at tracking deep sleep. Anyone with the same problem?
Notify & Fitness for GTS is tracking fine.
Two months ago,it tracked sleep normally, but now it doesn't.

Yes, I also have the same problem with deep sleep tracking! I made a complete reset of the GTS but it doesn't work. The problem is still the same! I also noticed that since the Zepp update the heart rate is not so accurate as normal and also PAI isn't working. Very disappointing, the GTS was great but now I am thinking to switch to another brand.
