If your bootloader is unlocked, you might be able to downgrade using Odin.
Are you sure the Android version is the problem? What app are you trying to use, and are you rooted?

Depened on A13 Firmware version.
The last FW which you can drowngrade is "XXU1CWA2" both T220 and T225.
Ok, I checked the BIT on samfw and succeeded.
On my A13 I still had the version with the BIT at 1.
I had previously tested from an A13 with the BIT at 2 and it had gone into Soft Brick.
Thank you

I guess if you download the first ever android release for this phone from its official website and flash it via its stock recovery, you will be able to downgrade your phone to android Nougat.
Backup ur data before doing this. Coz it may delete your personal data.
NB: Do at your own risk. I have not done it. So cannot confirm if it works.
i can do it , tested

I have a BLA-L09 (9.0.0.197 C432E$R1P11), my question is it possible to downgrade the Build to allow me to then use DC Unlocker or another to then unlock the bootloader?
I have seen conflicting information on here as to whether it is possible or not.
Many Thanks
No.

It is not just downgrade about. Read the post very carefully. He needs a particular version to unlock the bootloader by DC.

Once you've downgraded to 8.x bootloader unlocking is available, if dcunlocker does not support the FW other services are available, the issue with 9.x FW is bootloader unlock/lock commands are removed.

Could you be more specific regarding "other services that are available" now?
Links to them are welcomed.

This is Mate 10 pro. You can unlock the bootloader today with DC if you have firmware lower than v. 145 ( C432.). In OP case he can downgrade to v. 157 (xloader 02) but can not downgrade to v. 145 ( xloader 01). If he try to downgrade from xloader 02 to 01 he will brick the phone.
If you have a good solution I will be happy to see it and I will thank you.
Otherwise please stop providing wrong or unverified solutions.
Just FYI Mate 10 Pro has been released with Android 8.

How did you relock your bootloader?
I want to relock mine mate 10.
My model is ALP-L29
software version : 9.1.0.321(C636E5R1P13).
I used Hisuite to downgrade to basic emui 9.0.
Where do i get the stock fw for emui 9.1 C636?

For model T295 there is no other way. Rooting is only possible with bootloader 3 version 9 of android, but it cannot be installed if the current bootloader version is already 4, since the downgrade is blocked ...

Is it still not possible for SM-T220 and SM-T225? Maybe there is a way to do and trick/bypass binary version via some kind of custom recovery? I'm kinda new to this topic would appreciate any informative responce! Thank You in advance!
very risky to try. for now bootloader was version 4 , Your BL must be v.1 if you want to downgrade firmware.
I know right, so there is absolutely no way to downgrade to android 11 with bootloader version 1 if I have bootloader version 2 or above and android 13?

Yes.
You'll need scatter firmware of old Android version and to be safe backup the original firmware.

If by scatter you mean software engineering and modifying original samsung firmware, then sadly, I'm not software engineer :/ Or is it just flashing old firmware via SP Flash Tool and thats it? Can You please provide us with step-to-step guide? I will really appreciate it
