How to Uninstall System Apps?

Hi there! I have a rooted phone with original kernel KE8. I wanted to replace my Google Maps app (which is a system app) with a newer version of the same app. The version which came pre-installed on the SGSII was 5.2, but my friend has given me a newer version 5.6. But the problem is that the new version is not getting installed because the older version will not get removed by the uninstaller. Does anyone know how to do this?
Titanium Backup I guess.

Did exactly what you told. Google Maps is removed but so are 3 other applications along with it.....Navigation, Places & Latitude! And the new file which I had of Google Maps v5.6 version is also NOT installing. So now what to do? How do I get them back? I did not create any backup of them before uninstalling the existing Google Maps.

install Google Maps from market... after install u'll get back Latitude/Places/Navigation...
@prosumerhacks : Thanks, that's exactly what I'm doing right now. But was just wondering why wouldn't the phone install a Google Maps file which is already downloaded and transferred to my phone from my laptop?

It does, under the tab "Constricter" find Maps and uninstall. It works here!
Thanks everyone for helping. I re-installed the latest version of Google Maps from the Market again. Navigation, Places & Latitude are a part of Google Maps only and were also installed.
There is also an app called 'Root Uninstaller' free in Android market which allows to uninstall and even freeze system/sd card apps which TB doesn't allow in the free version.

Some apps can be simply uninstalled, others can be disabled. For those that cannot be uninstalled, you need to root your device first, but be careful, it's easy to softbrick this device, even removing an apparently harmless app can cause a bootloop.
Thanks for the answer, so doesn't exist an app like package disable for our mate 10 pro?
i have used titanium backup to "freeze" applications
i'm rooted

Hmmm ok Strange
I'm literally in the same scenario.
I use package disabler pro on my note 8 and thoroughly enjoy it.
I'd really like something similar for my m5 10 pro tablet.
Simple Solution wana try...
I have two Mate 10 Pro one is rooted and other is not.
So what about not rooted device. Here I have found a guide to share with you.
You need to enable USB debugging and have ADB setup.
Now once you have device connected via USB, run adb devices command to see if your device is connected via ADB.
Adb
Now copy and run the commands from below for the app which you want to remove.
This will remove apps for current user and will return in case of factory reset. So if you mess something up, do factory reset to get out of trouble.
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 (package name like below)
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.facebook.appmanager
For finding package name you can use app inspector app or whatever you want.
Enjoy fully debloated Mate 10.
Thanks

10.3.2 - Device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application

Hello, there.
I badly need your assistants. I'm not able to use a bank application as it states as "This device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application", I flashed patched recovery for Magisk Maanger (7.5.1)& the SafetyNet Check shows as "Success". Both ctsProfile & basicIntegrity is green with true against it.
I repacked the Magisk Manager to different name and enabled Magisk Hide option; also under "Magisk Hide" section, I have enabled the said bank application but still the above said error message popups. I badly want to access this application. I also face same issue with other gov application.
NOTE: I have other bank app which works perfectly by hiding it under "Magisk Hide" section but some Gov & this bank application doesn't work.
Apps use different methods to check for root. Maybe you are having root apps installed which are being checked.
I know that some apps show such a message when you have Titanium Backup installed. I know of other apps, which will show such a message when you have a TWRP folder on your sdcard.
Try using Rootbeer Fresh to check if any check in there fails.
BTW: by looking at the OOS Version 10.3.2 I assume you're not using an OnePlus 7T Pro.

Check your device storage if any folders related to Titanium Backup are still present. Some apps check if those folders exist. Also they might cache the result, so you should delete app data before trying again.

I'm at the latest build. The build number for Indian region is different.
For HD01AA Global : - 10.0.8 (Build version from start 10.0.3 - 10.0.4 - 10.0.5 - 10.0.7 - 10.0.8)
For HD01AA India: - 10.3.2 (Build version from start 10.0.3 - 10.0.4 - 10.3.0 - 10.3.1 - 10.3.2)
Is there anything to do with Magisk Manager or anything else?
Have you rooted your mobile? If so, please do try to install "Doha Bank" application & check whether it is opening in your mobile?
Thanks
Do you maybe have an TWRP folder present which might be detected?
Unfortunately I cannot test the app for you, since SafetyNet is failing on my device.
Tested this method I use for another app and it worked.
Download Shelter from Google play store
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.typeblog.shelter
It creates a work profile on your phone. You should have another Google play store with a little blue suitcase icon. Install your banking app from that. Don't uninstall the old one.
Now in magisk go to magisk hide and tick the app if you haven't. Untick playstore and other Google services. Now go to settings and click Hide Magisk manager. Just name it manager or something other than Magisk.
Now open your banking app with the little blue suitcase.
Install titanium backup and all other apps again, should still work.

Ow, so then, the only thing you can do is hide with this method. (also useful)
IMHO instead of simply hiding an app to user, what doesn't prevent the app in question will automatically get started when Android is booted and therefore still performs some actions you don't want to do it ( e.g. connecting to Internet, sending data, downloading data, etc.pp ) thus using system resources as CPU and RAM, is to completely disable the app in question.
Android users may utilize Startup Auditor app what is a very handy app to do so. This app doesn't require Android is rooted.

Question Debloating S22 plus

Hi all,
what is the easiest and best way to debloat and optimize S22+. For non rooted users ofc
I dont need all Samsung apps, Facebook etc .
Thanks
The easiest would be to manually disable every app you can. Usually only the ore installed apps, minus the system, take space and ram. Wouldnt mess around with Samsung system apps, since you will lose functionality.
Wouldn't be the easiest but arguably the best, would be going the adb route,
Which allows you to Uninstall by the package.
I.e. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catchingnow.icebox
You can try this app also.

I'm using this guide with some personal changes and so far so good. Just make sure you don't disable or uninstall anything that you use. One example in my case is Bixby routines
You can use adb command:
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 <package_name>
I disabled a lot of things I don't use like dex, windows integration....
Debloating is good for Samsung phones because unnecessary apps are on the phone which slows it down! I'll try it too.
