I have restarted my phone 3-4 times but nothing. Currently on C16.

I can't get it into this position, I don't have such problems.
Try Reset all settings or just Factory reset.

Haven't seen that yet, don't muck around trying to trouble shoot that... stick on Arakmar's recovery if not already and wipe data/cache and dalvik to be sure.

But Im thinking about,how to make the phone running in the 1420Mhz without power off?I've tried many voltage,but none of them worked.

Hello, I've had this problem for a long time, I've tried clearing maps' data/cache, updating, even factory resetting, changing accounts, and updating to android Lollipop. Please can anyone help? Thank you very much for your time .

and it gets a little hot, this had happened to me before but I reset it to the factory and it was solved, and now It came back out of nowhere does anyone have a solution or do I have to reset it again?
