Your OS is arm64; pretty much all devices and current Android versions are 64 bit, and the Google Play Store has stopped carrying 32 bit only apps.
The issue you are having is not likely related to architecture. Where are you trying to install the app from, and what issue are you having?

As well as project evo online

Unless I'm looking at the wrong app, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile isn't available yet. I can't even find Project Evo.
What are the two apps in the screenshot, are you unable to install them?
Keep in mind that app developers can specify which devices the app is compatible with. If your device is not on their list, you won't be able to install the app. The only way around this is to root with Magisk and use MagiskHide Props Config to spoof a different OS signature. The Galaxy A13 isn't exactly a high end device. This could also be due to what platform the developer supports; they might favor Exynos over MediaTek. Do you have the 4G or 5G version of the A13?
Go to Play Store > Profile icon top right > Settings > About, look for Play Store Certification at the bottom. Does it say "Device is certified"?

Does anyone know if there is a similar Android app to this fabulous WinMo app?

I figured since the WinMo version was created by someone on XDA, maybe someone here has, or would, create an Android version?

RemoteTracker for Android is almost there!
Hello all,
I know I was out for a very long time. But now it's time to release the first version for Android. But, before I go to Google Play, I need to test it in several devices. So, I released the first release candidade version in http://remotetracker.sourceforge.net/RemoteTracker.apk.
There is also a PRO version, with more features, like capture all images from camera, take a picture from front camera when SEND button is pressed and more. You will can buy it from Play, but helping me with tests, translations or anything you will get it for free.
As I said before, RemoteTracker for Windows Mobile could be a success because the users, not me. And you can do it again for Android
There is a long way to go. I'm just starting the project.
All the Best!!!
That good news, I'm downloading and testing!

[Q] How to find out, if an app is for honeycomb or not?

hi there,
just got my galxaxy tab 10.1v yesterday. and now i'm wondering how to find out in the market, which apps are written for honeycomb?
what i need is something like a filter-option, like with the ipad and the appstore. there the apps for the iphone and ipad are shown in different panes, and you can easily tell whether an app is for pad or phone.
thanks for your answers
Yes, a filter is definitely needed.
There is already a list of Honeycomb apps being built in this forum. It's pretty hard to miss - it's the thread right above yours

i do know this thread above, and there's a similar one in xoom-forum, too.
but those threads need to be updated by xda-members, e.g. when they "randomly" discover an app. so if no xda-member is willing to update those threads, you'll never get to know the latest apps for your beloved tab
such a filter in the market would automatically show those apps.
If you sign-on in the market and you click on the App name it tells you in the application is compatible with your device.

Not even necessary. If it shows up in the Market, then it's compatible with your device (according to the developer). Non-compatible apps are not shown.
HC optimized is another story. What people really seem to want is a filter for tablet optimized (not just compatible) apps. But for reasons I've pointed out in another thread on the same topic this isn't likely to happen anytime soon.

Somebody should start a google docs spreadsheet and ppl can update it by themselves.
Digita1One was right. The best way to check compatibility for now is logging into your market account on your computer and click on the app name, on the left side right below the name of the app, it tells it's compatible with your tab or not. Just showing up in your market on your tab doesn't mean those apps are compatible. Hope this helps.

As I said in post #5, its up to the developer/publisher to code the compatibility of the apps in the market listing. Google doesn't police the market the way that Apple does. Most developers do a good job and mark their apps appropriately; a small number do not.

Does your viewsonic g-tablet NO LONGER appear in the Android Market?

I noticed several weeks back that my tab was not listed as a device in the the market when I visited the web-market. I could see my phone, but not my tab. It had been there. What happened to it? I began to think I broke *that* functionality of it somehow. I mean, I screw with my tab constantly.
I conveniently noticed there was an update for VeganGinger (7.10) so I went for it. Nope. No market device listing. (the 7.10 update broke it, I thot) Okay. Let's try Flashback. Nope. And, it's a *known issue.* Damn.
This morning, I emailed Google: For the last few weeks, I have been unable to "see" my device on the market. My phone is listed as my device, but my tablet has vanished from the list. I am still able to download apps from the tablet. It's just that my viewsonic g-tablet does not appear in the list of my devices. It's inconvenient when I want to install a market app to my tablet from the "web" android market.
A very nice person replied: Hi there, Thanks for contacting us today. According to our records, the device that you are using is not supported for use with Android Market at this time.
The Android operating system is open source, which means that any device manufacturer is free to use Android on its devices. However, Android Market is an application created by Google that is only made available to devices that pass Google’s compatibility requirements. In addition, manufacturers must obtain a license from Google in order to install Android Market on their devices.
For more information about the Android Compatibility Program, please visit: http://source.android.com/compatibility/index.html
If you have any further questions, I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your device directly. I’ve provided a link below for your convenience: http://www.viewsonic.com/support/
I was unsatisfied, and a bit annoyed, so I replied and asked: As I mentioned, my device *had previously* shown up in the market.
Does the removal of my device mean that google has changed their device compatibility specs? Or that they are enforcing those specifications more stringently?
Additionally, is there anything I can do to allow my device to show up again? Or am I caught between google and a manufacturer that has stopped supporting their device?
Their answer: Your device wasn't ever a supported device unfortunately.
It does sometimes take a while for Market to recognize that the device is unsupported but once it does it isn't reversible. Viewsonic should have suggestions for alternative app sources. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.
WHAT? Not reversible? Oh dear.
One more question: Will the limited Market functionality I currently have on my viewsonic device continue, or will it "go away" in the future?
The google answer: At this time, I can't say for sure whether you'll retain the access you currently have or not. I'm not aware of any planned updates to Market that would affect this but that doesn't mean they aren't in the works behind the scenes.
So, my fellow Viewsonic aficionados, there is the answer to the "howcum I don't see my g-tab anymore...?" queries. I just thought you'd all want to know.

BTW, If this info helped you, don't hesitate to hit the "thanks" button, k?

Yep. Your choices are to use Amazon (which works fine) and keep using the Market app (updated one, if needed, for HC roms) to download updates & freebies from the Market directly on the device.
And continue to scratch your head at the mess that is Android.

So, is anyone aware of a way to clear/change identifying info from the g-tab to restore this ability, or do we collectively think it's a lost cause?

Not having it show up in the web store is not a big issue for me. Just download from the market on the tablet?

I am betting that it has something that needs to be changed in the build.prop in /system
If we can figure out which part needs to be changed to transmit a different ID to the market, then I imagine we as GTablet users should be golden. I can still buy and install on the device, just not from Web Market. Oh well....I still have 2.3.7 and very few other users do...yay Cyanogenmod!
Same problem with 10s
I have the same problem with a Viewsonic 10s. Mine has a stock rom and installing the market apk didn't work. Will flashing a new ROM fix things? Or having Root access allow installing apps from the SD?
I still have a few says to return the tablet so if things don't resolve themselves soon, back it goes.

No. I have flashed three times since this discovery, to no avail.
You can *still* browse and install the apps from Android Market to your device.
*The only functionality this affects is the ability to install an app to your tab when you're browsing the Market from your PC.*
Dan
Doesn't the 'market fix' that changes the device ID to allow more apps to show up, already accomplish this?

Samsung Galaxy S2 GT - I9100

Hello,
I have this Samsung Galaxy S2 GT - I9100, which I originally rooted when it had Gingerbread 2.3.4, then using Mobile Odin I flashed it ICS 4.0.3, XXPLQ. Everything went smooth. Until a few hours later when a few apps started disappearing. 12 total. I tried restoring them with titanium backup (from a backup I had done before flashing ICS) but it won't let me do it. I can't reinstall the apps from Google Play either.
Any ideas on what should I do?
Please explain with as much detail as possible. I'm still new to the flashing roms world
Thanks,

hi and welcome to the forum.
to improve the chance of getting good answers, you should change the thread title to something like "disappearing apps after ics update" or something similar. just stating the device's name is redundant, as you are in a section of the forum, which deals exclusively with that model.
also, questions go in the q&a section, but don't worry, i reported it to be moved.
also, you should post, what specific apps you are talking about and of what kind they are, are they free or paid, are they generally available on the play store for your country? have you checked the play store from a pc to look for those apps? ...and so on. being really specific makes it way easier to help.
Hello, you are correct, i'm sorry for the title and lack of more info. I can't edit the thread title so, if you or any other moderator can do so, feel free to do it.
About my problem, I could not give more details because there was no much relevant info to give. There were 12 apps total that suddenly disappeared after flashing. Among those were:
2 games from Game Insight (Airport City and My Country)
Mobile Odin
Akdiko Reader
Mantano Free Reader
Complete Edition UEFA.com
Amazon.com Android App
Virtual City playground
Angry Birds Space Premium
and a couple more I can't recall
I didn't see anything in common among those apps, except the error was that it couldn't install on usb storage or sd card.
An hour ago, a friend of mine pointed out to me that I had a problem that I should look for the sd fix, and directed me to download CF Root 5.4 (I used CF Root 5.3 to root the phone after flashing the firmware).
Apparently there is a bug with 5.3 that caused this on some games and apps (no idea why). So, I flashed the new kernel root and all is well, I was able to restore the apps and data with Titanium.
I guess this same bug caused these apps to "vanish" in the first place.
Thanks for trying to help and sorry I failed stating my problem better. I hope now that I explained my issue and solution helps others.
If a any mod read this, please change the thread title accordingly.
Best regards,
formatting your phone is the best idea

Can I connect my Xbox One controller to this device?

Ok, so I've seen that some users have been able to connect this controller to devices like the Nexus 5, so I'm wondering if it's possible on the N9?
I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDQqMH4POFQ [1] and followed the instructions.
However, the app it recommends (USB/BT JoystickCenter Free) using hasn't worked for me so far. I get to the step where I enable the touchscreen driver, and I get a message that says "Can not get access to '/dev/uinput'. Please install a Custom ROM with root rights."
I'm still at stock on this tablet, but it is rooted. Super SU is installed and working well with all other root apps.
I checked Super SU, the JoystickCenter has been granted superuser permissions in it.
Anyone have any advice on what to do? Anyone get a controller working with it?
I googled the issue and found out that some devices need a special custom kernel to enable this. Are any of the existing custom kernels set up for controller support?
I'd love to pull this off, because I just got KOTOR for Android and would love to use a controller with it.
Any help would be appreciated
Same here.
Flashing a custom kernel might help. I guess you need a kernel that provides the /dev/uinput device.
"uinput is a linux kernel module that allows to handle the input subsystem from user land. It can be used to create and to handle input devices from an application. "
I've got the same problem on my Oneplus One, the controller is recognized but I can't switch on the J>T option wich is vital to make the controller work...
Anyone has a solution ?
Did you see the FAQ page for the app:
https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/pokes-android-apps/sME_vV9pPcE
No specific tips for N9, but several general purpose tips. As you pointed out, the main cause of failure is a kernel without device support.
On the YouTube vid you linked, someone posted in the comments that setting SELinux to Permissive helped him out.
