Question Is there a way to bypass mdm on a sumsunn device? - Samsung Galaxy A02s

I have this sumsung device, which is probably mdm locked though I am not sure. This is the dowload mode screen and as you can see, we have MDM DOWNLOAD BLOCK: NOT ALLOW, i basically don't know what all this means, but if someone is familiar with a way or tool to get rid of this kindly chip in

MDM, or Mobile Device Management, is remote security management for corporate fleet devices. Many companies use this on devices they issue to employees to prevent tampering.
Unfortunately, many companies do not remove the MDM lock as part of their sanitization process before they sell the devices.
The only way to remove the MDM lock that I know of is to contact the company that originally owned the device. Since I doubt you know what company that was, your best bet is to contact the seller.

Is there a way to get a different ROM on MT6589T device

Hello, I bought this phone fro china it seems to be a decent phone, but I can't help it when it comes to the software. This phone is called Lenovo s820T( of course it is a reproduction) but is there any chance to get other ROM on it? Because the Hardware has some potential:

}
And this is a snap of a section 'About phone'
Original ROM is not really stable, after using camere in HDR the phone reboots ant etc. I have some experience with Android, but when it comes to these kind of devices which do not have certain model, I am totally new . I would like to know from where to start (phone is rooted).
Help needed
I think I bought the same equipment right if the friends of the forum can help, I would be grateful.
There really is no where to start as most of those companies never release the kernel source code. So not a lot you can do. Not to mention they are known for lieing about the hardware

Device failed verification- never been rooted

Starting to see this when I start the phone, and Android pay no longer works ?

Any thoughts? Not sure what's going on...
Edit:
My bad I read the message wrong, did you unlock the bootloader? Android pay not working is normal for an unlocked bootloader.
Although mine says "and cannot be trusted" not "and may not work properly"
Was it used? And assuming you didn't unlock the bootloader or buy it used in this state, I'd get in touch with Lenovo/Moto
I have the exact same error. There are pages and pages of occurrences on Lenovo's support forums. This is not user caused and has been happening to phones with no attempts to unlock the bootloader and/or root.
If you have a Verizon phone, there's a fix. For all others, needs to be sent out for a cable reflash. I would love it if someone came up with a fix so I don't have to send out my phone, but haven't seen anything yet.
Did you ever manage to get this fixed?

How does one measure FPS in games without root FOR FREE?

A few years ago was an app called "GameBench" that thanks to power of USB debugging was able to measure FPS in games without root. But at some point they changed their business model and now only companies and organisations can use their app.
Then a competitor arose - PerfDog. Looks even better, more options, nice UI, wi-fi usb debugging support and even excel export:

Well, guess what: recently they decided to monetize their service and target businesses as well. Although they don't say "NO!" to ordinary people, their prices surely do:
Do you guys know any free software that lets you measure FPS in games without root?
