Please help me on this.....
So here the problem : As you are aware many times this problem seems to "popup" from Google Servers I mean "my apps" tab simply doesn' show your apps and gives just a white page with "Apps" and Games buttons telling you that "here will appear account applications" or something like that.
- freezing and wiping all Market and Google framework related apps with totally unlinking user apps from the market simply give you 2 seconds of happiness listing all your installed apps but after few moments the problem is there again.
- data format, fresh reinstalling OMEGA rom or other 2.3.6 rom seems to give the same result : signing up with my account (without any apps installed) gives the list of applications but installing just one and the problem face off.
- trying to reinstall my old backup of stock (not deodexed) 2.3.4 roms seems to give the list back and stay there.
So basically my stock original rom works (2.3.4) the other deodexed 2.3.6 seems to have this problem with my account.
Another thing I have seen is that if I unlink all my apps from my account seems to not work (also wiping data of market app) and if it does (resetting my account e signing back) after a while the list from "uninstalled" became "installed" so it seems that google automatically get the installed apps from my phone and link them.
No Idea.
Hope it will fix itself as other user reported time ago.
Alex
Download market fixer, see what apps are causing the problem and tjen just temove them or unlink from the market
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA App
Might sound silly but if you use multiple Google accounts with your device make sure that you select your default one through the market.
I was going mad for awhile myself until I spotted this so hopefully it is nothing more.

great! Thanks
I was on LP7 Stock, de-odexed but tried AOPK on the 20th and found that Market was updated to 3.5.15 whereas before I was on 3.4.7. The new one has the swipe to view all apps in My Apps section.
Anyway, I restored back to LP7 and now when I browse the Market/Play Store on the PC via the website I cannot send apps to my phone. I cannot see my phone in My Devices section either, instead it shows the last communication as on the 20th from the other ROM.
I have tried a few things:
1: Clearing Market data
2: Installing manually the newer Market app
3: Reinstalling LP7 fresh and syncing to Market
Now number 3 allowed me to see my phone again in the Browser Market's "My Devices" section but I still could not send apps to the phone from the browser Market.
I can browse the Market and install apps just fine from the phone.
If I install the newer Market and go to My Apps from there and swipe to the "All" tab then it gives me an RPC error.
I'm back on Market/Play Store 3.4.7 now and will wait to see if the phone shows up in My Devices...Here's hoping.
Anyone encountered a similar issue?
I think I fixed it...wiped everything and reinstalled LP7, re-init Market/Play Store and also turned off 2-step authentication on my Google Account just in case that was also causing probs and can now ping apps from web browser to phone via the Market.
I will restore 2-step after I've sorted some other bits out but looking good thus far...
My sister got a nook tablet a few weeks ago and I helped her get Go Launcher and Google Apps including the play store. Everything was fine but she called me last night with problems. Most of her apps on the Go Launcher home screen were in the "Loading" state with just an android icon. When she would open the Play Store it would tell her she needed to add her Google Account and pressing the button to add an account would dump her back on Go Launcher. Gmail also dumps her straight to her home screen. She also mentioned something about Go Launcher saying she should try relaunching Go Launcher. After a couple restarts I wasn't able to make any progress on the phone.
So, before I make my trip out to see her, what are some potential culprits? It sounds like the accounts app broke but I don't know how or why.
Google Apps were rebranded as Google Drive on my Nook. When you open a document in Drive it brings up the correct program to edit...

You're thinking of Google Docs. I'm referring to the generic Google Apps for Android which includes the Play Store, Gmail, Talk, and more.
Try clearing the cache from both Google Play and Google Services Framework, and then reboot.

How can I do this? There is no application management menu in the settings like on normal android.
Turns out the nook tablet updated itself to 1.4.2 even though I had the 9.9.9 version "fix". Why did it update? How can I prevent it in the future aside from loading a custom rom?
Hey everyone,
I hope this is in the right section. But just recently i noticed my phone acting weird. Seems when i open google play store and do a search, Most recently i did "Weather Widgets"
It will return with like 6000 app results. Normally when you click the apps bar it takes you to the app results, When you scroll down and you reach the end of the list it will auto load the next group of apps.
Well now when that happens it no longer loads anymore results and it stays stuck on the first 10~15.BUT this is the weird part.. IT ONLY DOES IT FOR APPS and GAMES.
Music and Books the list loads as usual.
So far i have wiped the cache / data and just tried uninstalling the recent update and took it back to version 3.7.15 but google play auto updates itself back to 3.8
This really sucks. Anyone know how to stop google play from auto updating? soon as i wipe it back to 3.7 it auto updates back to 3.8
Nevermind - Resolved.
I guess somewhere along the line when gapps updates to 3.8... it no longer likes the device ID. I checked it and its DROIX but 3/4 of the apps on the market dont show.
So i downloaded Device spoofer and setup gapps as a Nex S. works like a charm
Hi,
I have a OnePlus One (bacon) with a custom Android 9 ROM. Recently my Play Store decided that some apps were not worth updating or even appear in the search results.
I'm talking about apps like Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. They appear in the store but expanding the infos it says that the last update was in July 2018 or April 2015. At first I thought this had to do only with Facebook owned apps, but other apps, like Tinder, won't even show in the search results.
As of now I'm forced to update these apps through third-party stores and even when I update them to recent versions, the Play Store will keep showing the outdated informations in their pages.
I've switched a couple of ROMs and this problem persists. I've cleared the Play Store cache and data multiple times, force update the app and tried out different flavours of OpenGAPPs (I usually go with nano) but nothing changed the situation.
What can I do?
