I'm using [WM6.1] WM6.1 Build 5.2.19202 AKU 1.0.0 by pArtizAn on my qtek 8500 but I have some qquestions.
My bt pairs with other devices, internet sharing is ok, but I can't beam anything, or no one else can send me anything via bt either - the other phones report an error.
Can anyone help?
Another thing is - I can't synchronise contact with active sync - it says I need to install outlook on the phone. I'ma a total newbie here, so can anyone link to an outlook app I can download and install, or can you show me any other way to backup my contacts??
Are the contacts shown under "contacts" the same as my sim contacts in sim manager? It seems they're not.
Is there a piece of software for manaing contacts, messages - like a pc suite for nokias or se's?
for the synchronise problem i dono how to solve it....
i also 1 2 noe how to sync with bluetooth, any 1 who noe please tell me also~
but due to bluetooth receiving problem, follow to step below to active de "allow Beam":
go setting-> connection-> Beam-> tick or check the "Receive incoming Beams" den now u can receive file from others~

Hi,
I have searched the forum to see if anyone else has experienced this problem, but cant find any posts. The porblem I'm having is that I can log into MSN messenger fine on T-Mobile uk GPRS. But aftrer a few minutes it looks like the connection drops and logs me out of MSN. Or makes me believe I'm, still logged in but my contacts do not recieve messages, lol. Now this is the strange bit, it doesnt log me out of any other web based applications and the connection is still live. I thought I could manage with this for a while and it would get better, but it seems to be getting worse and much more frustrating. I have updated MSN messenger to the latest patch so thats not the problem. Here are my device details below. I hope someone out there can help me with this problem.

Try to access your MSN account using Imov s/w. If the problem persists then it's your account or the network itself. In case not, then it's MSN messenger problem and in that case try soft reset your device .... or even hard reset (pain ) .... the worst is that you will have to reflash the ROM or to upgrade it to another version :roll: .

I try to find out, if it is possible to use the T-Mobile MDA as a SMS Wall.
I want to display new SMS on a Screen/Beamer.
Does anyone have such a program, which can

:arrow: 2. send the SMS to PC via USB (in a TEXT file?)

:arrow: 3. show them on screen like a chat window.
I would be very happy if you can tell me how i can get the SMS from XDA to PC.

I'm using Widcomm 1.0.0.3500 BT and it works fine. However i cant send file to another ppc via Resco Explorer v5.13 (latest). The error message i got is "The Connection to the peer device failed."
Can anyone probably help.....
Anyway i got no problem sending file to a desktop pc....

make sure that the box for "RECEIVE ALL INCOMING BEAMS" in the connections tab has a check in it...

I have been using ur ROM WM 6.5 Ultimate edition on my Ipaq 6815 since last year. i have been having an issue when i try to view my SIM contacts. It is only when i dial the number that the contact name is displayed. I only get the contacts with the outlook icon and some contacts that have the same information on the on the outlook as well as the SIM.
Contacts i saved on the SIM when it was on another phone i do not see them here. i do not even see the SIM icon against the names like i used to when i had the WM 5.0 from HP.
I have edited the advanced phone settings to allow the SIM contacts to be displayed. But it still did not work.
Also my camera no longer works. i used the patch yet it is still not functional.
Is there a way to update this ROM to correct the issues?
