I have been using ur ROM WM 6.5 Ultimate edition on my Ipaq 6815 since last year. i have been having an issue when i try to view my SIM contacts. It is only when i dial the number that the contact name is displayed. I only get the contacts with the outlook icon and some contacts that have the same information on the on the outlook as well as the SIM.
Contacts i saved on the SIM when it was on another phone i do not see them here. i do not even see the SIM icon against the names like i used to when i had the WM 5.0 from HP.
I have edited the advanced phone settings to allow the SIM contacts to be displayed. But it still did not work.
Also my camera no longer works. i used the patch yet it is still not functional.
Is there a way to update this ROM to correct the issues?

I'm using [WM6.1] WM6.1 Build 5.2.19202 AKU 1.0.0 by pArtizAn on my qtek 8500 but I have some qquestions.
My bt pairs with other devices, internet sharing is ok, but I can't beam anything, or no one else can send me anything via bt either - the other phones report an error.
Can anyone help?
Another thing is - I can't synchronise contact with active sync - it says I need to install outlook on the phone. I'ma a total newbie here, so can anyone link to an outlook app I can download and install, or can you show me any other way to backup my contacts??
Are the contacts shown under "contacts" the same as my sim contacts in sim manager? It seems they're not.
Is there a piece of software for manaing contacts, messages - like a pc suite for nokias or se's?
for the synchronise problem i dono how to solve it....

but due to bluetooth receiving problem, follow to step below to active de "allow Beam":
go setting-> connection-> Beam-> tick or check the "Receive incoming Beams" den now u can receive file from others~
I have read and read and browsed and downloaded and typed and entered and so on!!!!! But none of the solutions or cabs seems to work for Erofich's Standard 6.1 1.1.7 version. I am on the Cingular/AT&T network. Does anyone have the fix? I can send MMS but cannot download.
Have the same problem but can download picture not audio files

i have the settings if you want them. the cab files wouldnt work for me either. just pm me or just ask in the forum.

Yes, the settings on the ATT website WORK, but not completely. The MMS header will download, but you can't view any pictures. This must be a ROM issue - I've tried everything I can think of!
Finally resolved
This is one of those occasions where you are not sure what fixed it in the array of changes, but it worked, so don't argue with results.
I went in and cleared out all the settings that came by default with the 6.1 ROM. (Proxy, GPRS, MMS, etc.)
I then input by hand the settings on the AT&T website at:

I get alerts, I am able to send and receive all MMS messages as well as txt msg and Exchange Outlook email. No ERROR SYNCHRONIZING anymore!
Strange... my internet works (as well as all my internet enabled apps), texting works fine, but MMS is still a no-go! I don't get "error synchronizing" anymore... it just tries to send and always fails 5 minutes later! I have checked and re-checked the settings - I am running the latest WM 6.1 Standard ROM from this forum.
When I want to use the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile to connect my Touch Pro 2 to my Nokia 616 carkit (instead of the rSAP profile that works with SIM contacts only) the carkit cannot download any contacts from my phone. I tried SIM only, SIM & Contacts and Contacts only. There is no reaction on the phone and the carkit tries and after a few seconds it beeps and quits with an error.
Receiving a call (or making a call after manually entering a phone number) works fine.
Also strange is that the official TP2 manual doesn't mention the ability to download contacts when using the hands free profile. Does this mean that it cannot download contacts? I can hardly believe that...
OS is the original HTC Windows Mobile 6.5 rom.

Got a TG01, Orange Romania branded and unlocked before I get it.
I am using it in Vodafone RO network.
There is a problem with SMS Service Center: I can't send SMS message, I can receive...
MMS is workin' ok.
I installed the Operator Settings from Toshiba website (MMS, GPRS, E-Mail).
In network, SMS is an empty field and is not remaining filled after save-and-exiting.
Is any way to set it in registry?

Intially when I got mine about 2 weeks ago also got such problem. But the problem disappear after you put in the latest official ROM from Toshiba's website.
Go to settins, connections, mail settings, SMS
and enter the SMS center number provided by your operator

I've done it, and tried some official and Cooked ROMS.
Seems that is a decoding problem.

I know where to set, but the field remains empty after writing and pressing "OK".

The problem is incompatible SIM card
Go to your service provider and look for a new sim card with same number
I also solved the problem after 10 days of brain torture

I'm facing a problem in my H-Mobile HTC HD2 !
Whenever I try to send sms to anybody a pop up message comes "Unable to send your message" !
I tried everything I can but no luck !
I checked sms service number and it's correct !
I don't know what is the problem from all I know is whenever I try to send sms directly I get cannot send your massage !
Is there anything I should do in the device settings ?

I checked that before and it's gsm preferred by default !
Anyway I tried everything possible and finally I found that my HD2 isn't compatible with my Sim Card because whenever I put different sim card other than mine massaging works flawlessly ! But if I put mine messaging doesn't work !
The funny thing that my sim card works without any problem if I put it in different mobile ! And if I put different sim other than mine in my HD2 massaging works !
I contacted the service provider and they told me that maybe the sim card needs to be replaced to support the new device !
I have this sim since 2006 maybe they are correct it needs to be replaced to support the new mobile !
