{{NEW}} One Click Root [4.1.B.0.587/.431/ 4.0.2.A.0.62] All 2011 Xperias - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hi folks
Here is how to root any 2011 Xperia running any of the 4.1.B.0.587 4.1.B.0.431 / 4.1.A.0.562 and 4.0.2.A.0.62 firmware . No need to downgrade kernels or anything, just root it straight away
Rooting
Go to settings > Security > Mark "Unknown sources"
Settings > Developer options > Mark USB debugging
Settings > Xperia > connectivity > USB connection mode > select MSC mode
PC Companion installed on your PC.
1) Connect your phone to PC ( IMPORTANT > Skip PC Companion installation pop up on your phone.) and wait for the adb drivers to be installed. If these drivers don't get installed, phone would not be detected by Eroot.
Make sure nothing else ( specially flashtool ) is running on your PC in the background.
2) Download this rooting toolkit. Google Drive /// MediaFire /// 4-Shared and run it. If any downloading starts, cancel it by clicking the green button. Don't let the eroot download anything.
It should now detect your phone and show an option to "-root". Just click on it, wait till it finishes
3)Rooting done ( For confirmation see if any Super User app has been installed )
4) If by chance it fails for the first time, give it another go. it won't harm your phone in any way. If you still face problem, click on show content below
Go to your C:/ Drive / User/Username/AppData/Roaming/ folder and delete the eRoot folder.
If it says cannot be deleted then open up task manager on your PC and kill bec.exe . Then delete eroot folder.
Still not working ? used the archived method to root 2011 Xperia here below the animated Xperia picture.

I tested on arc s .62, and it worked. Did you try to root your phone running .62 ?

If you can confirm that it's working for every firmware version, it's the best rooting script ever! Will link this in my guide asap!

Well rooting shouldn't wipe user data....but still make sure you have any kind of backup incase it does format!

you can use many apps which need root access. Just search google for that.
But for testing whether you have root access or not, just download an app called titanium backup form the market. When you open the app, it says "root: OK" .. if not, it says "root access denied" or something like that. Hope this helps

Uninstall Xperia U unwanted apps

Heloo all, i`m from Romania, and i bough a new cell phone from Italy.. I bought an xperia U, but the phone company branded the cell, and now i have a lot of applications that i don`t need, i just wanna remove those apps.
-Virgilio
-119self
-187
-TimeScape
-Configuration Guid
-Tim App
-Cubomusica
-CuboVision
-TimCloud
-MusicUnlimited
-VideoUnlimited
-Music and vide
-PlayNow
-MCAfee Security
Last year i had a Xperia X10 mini pro, and i just had to root the cell, and then unistalled the unwanted apps. Now i have deblocked my Xperia U via fastboot, but now i don`t know what i have to do to unistall those apps. I have to change the ROM ? if that it`s what i have to do, could you please recommand me a clean rom?
Not working, it`s say`s that my Rom is not rooted, and the application will not work, and something named BusyBox, won`t start!

Changes I have seen thus far:
Notification LED works for missed calls now (but not for SMS).
Home screen now auto rotates in landscape!!
Camcorder lag is fixed with image stabilization turned on....however, it is still 1 channel mono.
Dialer seems quicker but I have yet to load my contacts for a true test.
That is all I have seen thus far.

Hi.
That is from the Sony Homepage and so my Phone tells me after updating to 4.1.B.0.587
Update your software to benefit from:
Quick dial allows you to quickly find the number you are looking for
Recent Apps button for clear overview of your applications
Quick responses for incoming calls
Optimized email application for multiple accounts
Improved control of your mobile data consumption
For me the "Contacts" now starts faster. Before update it needs 3-4 seconds to start. The LED for SMS doesn´t work. The whole system feels "snappier" for me.
I flash the ftf file with flashtools, did NOT wipe data and NOT wipe cache, after updating and restart let the phone settle down for maybe 10 minutes, then i used the rooting method like before (flash another Kernel, root with Doomlord´s tool and flash back the other kernel) to get root again. Voila. Now everything works fine.
Greets,
Marco

Also noticed that this new baseband 77 is quick at grabbing signal.
Prior to this baseband, whenever I rebooted the phone and got to the unlock screen, my status would go from:
No Service --> No SIM Emergency Call Only --> Rogers
It would take about 5 seconds to get to my carriers name (Rogers).
Now with baseband 77, it goes from:
No Service --> Rogers
in about 2 seconds.
Nice improvement.

Root my Xperia Sola with Bin4ry no loosing any data and specially apps
Hello!.
New to forum
I own Xperia Sola Sony device of 2012, I fully know all the tricks and tips on Xperia SOLA to keep my battery for approx. 2 days with quite a good usage, but I steel want to root my device in order to have access on root applications and kill some not wanted "mam" apps.
Can you please let me know if there is a way to just root my device without unlocking bootloader? I searched and found "Bin4ry" it seems possible , but the most important question is will the apps, interface settings etc be removed after rooting so I will need to restore from a back up or is it possible to do rooting with Bin4ry and have all my apps setting s and data safe??
Thank you in advance,.

[Q](solved) not able to downgrade to GB

hieeeee..
plzzzz help me..
i tried to root my phone
i am having xperia mini pro(sk17i) ICS 4.0.4 with with 4.1.b.0.587
when i try to downgrade that using flashtool it does not come to GB but to ICS 4.0.3
i tried many times but still itz not downgrading to GB..
plzzz help
thankz..
You just flashed the wrong firmware dude,
go search GB firmware,
Re: [Q] not able to downgrade to GB
Try downloading an ftf file with the required version and flashing via flash tool.
There's another way to root your phone, better I think.
Unlock the bootloader.(must be stickied in general forum, if not search Google for Sony xperia bootloader unlocking)
Then download any (try fxp if it's your first) kernel and flash it via fastboot in flash tool . Then boot your device, get into recovery(vol down) and flash cm 7 or 9 or 10 from it.
Easy rooting done and custom firmware installed.
