USB Diag mode on M4

I have found about 10 various manuals how to do it and I tried all of them to activate this mode but unsuccessfully. I heared somewhere that it disabled in Android kernel, so may be someone knows how to enable or to get it round or something? I will explain why do I need it: I want to connect with phone by QPST to unlock Bands like described here - https://forum.xda-developers.com/cr...ad-progress-please-leave-im-updating-t2871269. I just thought that if E2312 has the same SOC on a bort as his brothers so it could be possible to unlock LTE Bands on it. But It contained in NVM of the Quallcomm processor.
If anyone has some experience or any idea how to realize it - make me know please.

Zenfone 2 max ZC550KL msm8916 snapdragon 410 Dead

Hello
I tried flashing my phone with lineage 15 I had not noticed that the rom had a bug in the battery software, then I tried to start my cell phone and nothing. It does not appear that it's power up, already tried the combo buttons either fastboot or csc nothing happens.
The way I saw to get my cell phone out of the coma is with the program Qualcomm Flash Image Loader, I would like to know if anybody has the files necessary (mbn and Xml). My phone is the Zenfone 2 max ZC550KL msm8916 snapdragon 410.
Best Regards
Me too
Me too end in the same problem!!
Is there any way?

QPST tool equivalent for Exynos?

Hello, I'm trying to change some modem settings which would normally be accessible through the Qualcomm QPST tool.
However, our Exynos phones aren't supported by the QPST tool.
I know there is a tool out there for Exynos because why would Samsung implement DM mode if they didn't have the tools to use it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Fastboot mode Oppo F9

Hi people
I've been searching all around the web and since I cannot post a thread in the dev. section I'll write in here
Oppo seems to have disabled and hidden the F9 fasboot mode and give a fake unlocked bootloader status, once I try the ADB devides the phone will flash for a milisecond for what seems to be the opperation of it. and then restarts
Since there's no kernel and source code for rooting, unlocking the bootloader and all of that, is it possible to modify the rom in a way or basically get an access to the fastboot mode?
I've noticed there's a thread about R7 model facing the same problem and one was given the factory flasher throuh PM (and not in the thread for everyone for some reason..) and it solved. https://forum.xda-developers.com/r7-plus/help/oppo-r7sf-fastboot-mode-recovery-mode-t3437774
Thank you!
Help for no fastboot for OPPO F9
Help for no fastboot for OPPO F9..plz help someone.i was trying to install TWRP and a custom rom but there is not fastboot or bootloader..help me..I think in older versions it had..so is there any way to downgrade ... help me plzzzz.
May be this helps:

No bro there is no response when I press Vol+ Power
So khan, what happened did you manage to make it work, if it doesn't work go to oppo service centre
Since the oppo Color OS is updated to 7.1 the fastboot mode requires a serial key to unlock itself first and this can only be done by the oppo customer service centers or a 3rd party or development apps like the "in depth test" application which is available for Oppo find X and Reno.
So, Until an suitable app is available for Oppo f9 pro fastboot unlocking it is stuck on normal use only.

@grown_man Thanks. But not this one, I mean diagnose mode is the mode to export Qualcomm processor's diag port to OS or USB. So I can use scat to collect baseband info such as LTE/5G signalling.
number 1 didnt work for me so i tried 2nd solution but i got some driver issues. i hope u wont face any issues
with this driver its ok
Enable DIAG Mode or COM Port on any Android Smartphone / Tablet
Want to activate Diag Mode or Enable Qualcomm Diagnostic Mode on your Android Phone or Tablet? Follow the 3 methods listed here and enable Diag COM port.

*updated post for driver information
Thank you @grown_man. Unfortunately, it failed on my phone. After running `setprop sys.usb.config diag, adb`, the phone automatically disconnects from the laptop and I can not re-connect it unless I re-active developer option.

The link @grown_man supplied has the code incorrectly. The code starts with *#*# and not #*#*.
