My XDA suddenly cannot dial a phone number, every time i dialed a phone number it always ended the call. It does the same thing when i change it with a different SIM card. It can receive a phone call eiher send/receive SMS
So can anybody help me??

pair goes really well, i can receive sms and phone calls, but i can not make a call ,
this is the problem. when i dial a number, my gs2 then starting dialing, but touchpad shows me it can not make this let me use handset
then i can not dial or receive any phone calls and sms
anything goes wrong here?

I have the same problem with my EPIC 4G( GS1). I hope someone has an answer to this one.
Hey all so today I tried to make a phone call but after I dial the # and press call after like 3 seconds it goes straight to call ended. I can send texts and receive them and also use the data. Also I've had this phone for 4months now and never experienced this issue any ideas? I also haven't downloaded/installed anything recently

Try to use the SIM card with another phone.
Just to check, if it is a problem with the SIM card / your carrier or phone-related.
And why do you have to dial a "#"?
Are there no phone numbers without this symbol/sign just to make a test call?
Maybe it is just an issue to transfer the "#" from your phone => mobile provider => ...?!

This is my first post here, just trying to solve this:
Well, I got my Alcatel One Touch Evolve 5020N (MetroPCS) second hand. Everything was working just fine, until 2 days ago. I can use my data, make calls, send and receive sms, but not receive incoming calls. I can see the call as "received" and not as missed, also, if I try to call my number from another phone, it rings once then sends me to my voicemail, a new incoming call is added to the phone calls list, but can't receive it.
I made a factory reset and didn't help. I'm really confused about this. Please help.

Hi all, got this weird thing happen to my phone where no incoming calls are allowed. They go straight to voice mail.
Do not disturb is off
call forwarding is off
move sim to another phone and it works
factory reset phone 2x
checked any other setting and app on the phone and I just cant get it to work. If I use t-mobile DIGITS on the phone I can receive incoming calls through that app.
