Hi, Does anyone know if there is or if there will be an XDA that will work on the three main GSM networks.
Thanks

XDA hardware America / Europe

Hello,
Some people told me that HTC only produces one hardware version of XDA / MDA for Europe and America. Is that true?
Does this mean that I can use the bootloader to configure the XDA as a triband device (1900 / 1800 900)? Will my European XDA phone work in the US?
Thank you for your help!
bye

3G support in israel

Hey.
If I unlock the vibrant, and use it in israel, will the data connection, 3g, work properly? Does it work ing europe?
I saw different answers for it, not clear if out will work or not. Well appreciate if someone will shed light on that.
Thank you

At&t supported 3G Data!

Not sure if this is already known, but apparently the photon does support at&t 3G. So hopefully a dev will be able to rewrite the radio software to unlock US gsm carriers from being hidden. For proof read the back if the box. Also here is a pic of the box. It states GSM 850/900/1800/1900 UMTS 850/1900/2100.

All Sprint Worldphones are unlocked out of the box. So to answer your question.....Yes, you can use the Photon on non-US GSM networks.
Just insert your sim and talk away but i think it runs on 1900mhz or is it 1700mhz either way no 2100mhz band for 3g
