Telefonica de España, the main phone operator in Spain is offering the XDA under the name os TSM400 .
Now my first question is... how can update a Spanish version of the rom (3.16.75 esp) to the XDA Developer V.11 rom.
I don't worry about to change the languaje of the PDA, but the installation procedure dosn't update a different lang. than english

The spanish version is called TSM400 and cames with 64mb of ram.
It´s not possible easily to update to Developer v1.1 rom SE because the adptRom assumes the wait to find the spanish language id like SPA, but the PDA send ESP instead.
My friend got XDA from german and want to upgrade to English version.
Please let me know if it's allowed to do...
Simply cook a 4.00.11 based ROM from the ROMkitchen, run the resulting EXE and everything will be groovy.

But, you can make your device russian, if install some programs (for example "Leng" by Paragon Software).
P.S. You can do it, if you device in English, ONLY!
Don't try to install any russia software on Germany or any other languges ROM (except english, coz!).
I bought the O2 XDA Mini ( I Know that its a Magician And Not A Himalya but that aint Thath Metter)
So the XDA mini is in German, German Rom, now i dowloaded WWE Rom and will install him soon.
my question is , can i Install the LEng on The WWE.

You'll need to install/flash a new ROM for this on your devive. I've seen posts about French ROM for XDA II on this forum.

I'm looking for Czech rom Windows Mobile 6.5.x, but I can not find anything. Could you recommend me something? ROM may contain a sense or manila. Sorry for my english, but I´m from Czech Republic.

bohužel Česká ROM neexistuje. Je pouze Italská a pak Anglická od Orange.
Kuchtění ROMek se tu pomalu rozjíždí už několik týdnů, ale Česká nejspíš nebude nikdy (jedině že by se začal oficiálně prodávat i u nás. Nebo někdo jí neukuchtí.)

Czech ROM not exist. Is only Italy or England from Orange.
Rom building start here for few weeks, but i think Czech be newer (only Toshibe sell this fone official in Czech rep.).
Never mind. So some English I will find here. Similarly, I use SPB Mobile Shell which is in Czech.

hi bossko, possible is to make a czech rom or other language, but for 1-2 poeple is too much work. the most are aviable in ENG or in GER
