Setting call devert delay for voice-mail XDA WM2003

Hi All,
I'm sure this has been raised before however i couldn't find in search.
Is it possible to increase the delay on call divert for un-answered calls, at the moment my xda forwards the call through after only 3 rings....quite short.
Or is this a network controlled setting? I've gone through the options in the voice mail setup.
I'm running WM2003 .21 release, on the Australian Telstra network.
Thanks for your help
Steve
Delya before VMS
On Orange in UK, it is network controlled. To change it I have to drop my SIM back in Nokia phone, change it and put back in XDA. I guess this probably applies to all networks.
Hi Pete, thanks for that....put my SIM into a Nokia and changed the settings.
It's strange this is missing from the XDA!
PS - For others stuck in this situation you can call your operator and they can set the delay for you.
Cheers
Steve

Could not use gsm service code (call forward) from contact

XDA (Siemens SX56) would complain service code must enter from the keypad. We have serveral call forward numbers in the contact list that we use regularly. Every time, we try to use MS Voice Command to dial those call forwarding number, it would complain and would not proceed with the action. Any ideas? work around would be greatly appreciate!
Example, for Rogers AT&T in Canada, *21*<phone number>#, will call divert (forward) the mobile number to another number.
I have the same problem on Rogers ATT with XDA II... not sure what causing it. Anybody? Any ideas?
This is a Microsoft issue. They are aware of it, and it is on their list of things to fix. Just not that high up the list.
Speed dial seems to the only way to do gsm service code
Speed dial is the only way to get call forwarding working. However, MS Voice Command does not seem to allow speed dial a number.
Does Speed-Dial work for you?
Like others, if I store a *21* sequence as a contact, and then use this to establish a speed-dial entry, I get the "must use phone keypad" error message.
I haven't been able to directly store a number as a speed-dial. "New" only lets me select something from contacts, and "Edit" only lets me change the name and speed-dial location, not the dial string.
Have you actually been able to store a *21* string directly into a speed-dial and have it work properly? If so, can you tell me how?
Thanks

Voice calls maybe???

Just curious but have any of you that own it overseas able to use Google voice or the like to make calls? Very interested if its possible

I'm pretty sure the only way you would be able to do that is if you used Skype to make and recieve all your calls. You would have to get a Skype number, then pay the $2.99 for unlimited U.S. calling. More conveniently you could port your cell number to Google Voice and then have that number ring your Skype number. Whenever you left the house you would just have to make sure 3G was on (so you would have to get it from Sprint). Also the mic on it is pretty bad from what reviewers are saying, so you would need a bluetooth headset.
Edit: Forgot to point out Google voice won't make calls over 3G, hence why you would need Skype.
Edit 2: And of course the battery is very good so it makes this setup very possible.
Please help
Very imp. for me; just to make sure, i own a samsung galaxy tab and i want to switch to the flyer, does it work as a cell phone like the galaxy? or not?
I don't have a Flyer, but it was mentioned multiple times that there is no such gsm voice functionality: you can only talk via Skype. Also, the leaked manual didn't mention voice via gsm, but sms/mms connectivity is available. Now's the question: can somebody patch voice into a Rom?

How to restrict outgoing international calls?

Hi,
I live in Europe, at the border between 3 countries and I visit friends quite frequently in the other 2 countries. On those occasions, I need to be able to make international calls. The rest of the time I would like to restrict outgoing international calls. More than few times, I have dialed by accident one of my contacts abroad when I am in my country. For this reason, I don't want to call back and for by carrier to block international numbers.
Is there any app that can let me restrict outgoing international calls whenever I want?
I have a rooted phone using CM10.
Cheers,
I found the perfect app for my request. I used the app called Call Blocker

[Q] Auto switch dialer/calling app based on number

So I have this problem, I call both local and international numbers, and have to go through an annoying process every time I make a call.
If I make a call to Canada (where I'm from) I use my standard dialer.
If I make a call to the US, I use Google Voice, via the Talkatone app.
If I make a call internationally, I use Skype.
Also, when I'm traveling:
If I make a call to Canada from outside Canada, I use the Rogers One Number app.
If I make a call to the US from the US (with US sim), Google voice integrates directly with the normal dialer.
Isn't there some app that could just see the number I am dialing and auto choose the correct app? I don't like having to choose it every time, as I make many more local calls than International ones.
I've searched and searched and found no app or mod to provide this functionality. I had this function on my Windows Mobile phone back in 2005, so I don't think this should be that difficult.
Even if it just differentiated by country code, that'd be fine. (i.e. If Country code not = 1, use Skype)
